Sending love to everyone who has backslid in their recovery. To everyone who reached a milestone only to feel as if they fell back to their old habits. To everyone who feels as if they’re worse off than they were a year ago. Recovery isn’t always consistent, and it isn’t easy. You have nothing to be ashamed of. You made it once, and you will again. For now, just remember it’s okay to admit that you are struggling again.
