So like I am guilty of this myself, but dear God is urbanism bad at using effective rhetoric. Like saying we need a war on cars will not convince people to join us, or saying that we need to give more power to developers is not a good solution to the housing crisis without ways to get what we want out of the developers. And for the love of God can we stop calling ourselves stupid shit like YIMBYS and NUMTOTs, it makes us sound silly, just say Houing or transit advocate, the wording we use matters
