Cobra is fine by the way hes a tough old man even though he might look like hes gonna turn to dust from being a pillager in his 90's.

Generally, overall, being stuck in hell would probably lead to a good amount of anxiety or straight up paranoia that would plauge his mind for years, and probably the rest of Blaise's life. He will never escape the fear of being hunted from just about every angle possible.
