I'm back~
Hey everyone, sorry I've been so absent. Ive had a crazy busy few weeks with school, cheer, work, and trying to stick to my diet. I lost 3 more lbs so I'm down to 188. I need to lose 28 more lbs to get to my first goal weight. Once I'm there then I'll more to #2. I can feel myself getting thinner each passing day and it feels amazing. Plus, the guy I secretly like made out with one of my best friends. I felt like shit about it. She's really skinny and I'm not so it makes sense. Once I'm at 160, then he'll start to notice me. Then when I get to 130, he'll fall in love. And when I'm at my UGW, he'll be obsessed with me. I can do this. I can do anything I set my mind to. I know you all can too!!

🎀My Safe Tips🎀
after a month, i can definitely say it gets way, WAY better. i always thought losing almost 30lbs in exactly a month’s time would be near fucking impossible. the most i expected was about 10lbs max??? it just seemed like i would never even reach the 150s honestly. but hard work pays off! so stick to it and keep going!
it may seem fruitless in the beginning, but don’t give up!
here are some tips to promote HEALTHY weight loss:
🍏never ever eat after 5 pm; like ever. i found this helps a shit ton for me personally.
🍎aim to drink at least 2-3 (no more than 3 MAX) liters of water a day; being sure to space them out so you don’t get nauseous.
🍐cut down on carbs, sweets, and high sodium food products; or simply cut them out altogether, whatever floats your boat.
🍊try to only fast for 3 out of 7 days of the week; which may seem ludicrous, but i swear it works in getting me past my plateau.
🍋also if you get lightheaded while doing so, eat something sugary (like a spoon of honey or a single Hershey kiss) to help keep you from fainting.
🍌drink a TON of water too, we want you to stay hydrated and safe!💕
🍉when exercising, be sure to stretch before and after every workout; it helps in reducing the future soreness of your muscles.
🍇also appropriate foot wear (along with light, flowy tops) is a must.
🍓calorie and exercise trackers are a gift from god tbh; i use YAZIO.
🍈if you feel hungry, please eat at least a bite or two, it won’t kill you, i swear.💞
🍒allow yourself treats every once in a while, like homemade blueberry lemonade or low-calorie frozen yogurt.
🍑try not to do extreme diets too often; i find it lowers the weight loss every time.
🍍hot baths with Epsom salts are a lifesaver in my opinion (they help lose weight), and i love to drink chilled ice tea while relaxing and scrolling through healthy recipes.
🥥watch mukbang if you feel like binging; i personally tend to go overboard with binging, so this helps considerably.
🥝but most importantly: STAY SAFE!

Wake me up never
So the incredibles was amazing. The only problem being the people next to me had a baby that wouldn't stop crying until they were removed from the theater. That was bad. I ended up eating a little over what I wanted to eat, 480 cal, not good. So when I got home I burned 240 cal on the treadmill and drank a shit tone of water. I thought I was doing good until it happened. I binge really bad. Like 500 cal, bad. I was 560 over what I was supposed to eat. So I very quietly worked out in my bathroom and burned 200 cal before I showered. That brought me to 360, which was still way over. That meant I had 600 cal just sitting on me. So I went to my garage and burned 120 cal, lowering it to 480, almost at my goal. Then as a last resort, I ran a cold bath and sat in it for 40 minutes, burning around 400. I was at a safe calorie count of 80, so I slipped into bed and went to sleep. Today I plan to avoid any kind of food as long as possible. I also plan on chewing on ice. It tricks my brain into thinking I'm eating. It was pretty stressful yesterday but I made it. I didn't purge, which is something I know alot of people do. Stay safe everyone, and remember to store your thinspo in a vault app. I recommend a calculator vault. It hides your things and still works like a calculator.

Meal plan to lose 10kgs (22lbs) in 10 days
Breakfast: 🥚
3 boiled eggs
A cup of green tea
Lunch: 🍎
3 boiled eggs
An apple (any variant)
A cup of green tea
Dinner: 🥣
A serving of oats (you can add fruits, nuts or flax seeds but avoid apricots and raisins)
Snacks: 🍵
Drink a cup of green tea at least one hour before bedtime
Between meals you can have carrots, cucumbers or sprouts! (don’t go crazy though)
Evening: 🍏
An apple and a cup of green tea
Notes: ✨
Try not to exceed 900 calories daily. The meal plan will still provide weight loss just not as quick.
It may take people up to 14 days depending on metabolism to lose 10kg, however it is definitely possible to lose 10kg+ in 10 days, give or take :)
Exercise is not necessary, however, exercising will speed up the weight loss exceptionally.
THIS IS NOT A SCAM/FAKE DIET. It is very likely that you will lose more than 7kg with this diet!

The incredible problem
So I actually didn't see the incredible yesterday. My screw up of a sister planned badly so I'm seeing it now. The downside of not seeing the incredibkes yesterday was that I ate close to 500 cal, way over my 300 cal diet. The plus is that today I haven't eaten anything and I don't plan to. At the theater I'll have diet soda and nothing else. We are having my favorite food in the world today for dinner, lasagna. My mom is getting a bit suspicious so this morning I told her I had a stomache ache. Tonight I'll have a very small piece of lasagna so it won't be to calorie filled

Update time bitches!!
So incredibles 2 came out yesterday and I'm on the way there when I'm writing this. BTW, I'm still on that 300 diet.
Ive had
Cup of coffee (17 calories)
A piece of chocolate (40 calories)
I still have 243 calories left for today. Im going to the movies so I plan to have a diet soda and very little popcorn with not butter or salt. That should bring me to have 180ish calories left. Were probably going to eat after the movie so I'll tell them I'm full of popcorn and have some water. I have a piece of cornbread waiting for me at home so that's my dinner. Stay strong lovelies, we can do this.

I'm eating 300 a day so i thought I should show you this. BTW, I am also working out everyday. Running as many miles as possible and lifting weights. Don't listen to what the critics tell you, lifting weight won't make you bulky. In fact, they actually help you lose more. Just an FYI.

here's the tea hunty. You trued to be healthy, you really did. But fuck that shit, you what it now. Healthy eating and exercise takes too long. Time to buckle down and say "I'm doing this, and there's no turning back." For this month, I'm only eating 500 calories or less everyday.
Thats it.
I don't give a germans white ass what other people have to say about it either. I want this and I want it now. Enough waiting.

🌟 rules 🌟
✨ not that anybody asked, but here’s my (personal) list of rules for eating and/or exercise
💙 no eating after 8pm
💙 no eating until 12pm
💙 if you absolutely must eat at any time that isn’t between 12am - 8pm, nibble at small carrot, almonds (five maximum) or a small chunk of cucumber.
💙 sleep away that hunger
💙 before every meal, chug some (lemon) water and/or green tea. at least half a litre.
💙 if you feel your resolve weakening, leave the house. do not bring money, that way you can’t buy food.
💙 if you feel hungry, exercise and chug (lemon) water and/or green tea instead
💙 have at least 4 cups of green tea a day
💙 during meals, take at least 20 minutes to eat
💙 do not read or look at your phone while you eat as it distracts you
💙 if there’s meat, load up more on the vegetables instead.
💙 stand instead of sitting when possible, bounce on the balls of your feet if you can
💙 suck in your stomach at all times
💙 listen to your thinspo playlist at least twice a day
💙 limit your cake/biscuit/sugar intake to parties only
💙 unless it’s dark chocolate. you may have one square to nibble on when you’re desperate for sugar
💙 if you are able to eat a meal without being monitored, limit your portions to 25-50 grams per component (e.g: 25 grams meat, 30 grams potatoes, 25 grams carrots, etc)
💙 if it’s something like casserole or soup, your maximum is 150 grams
💙 if you have a dog, take them for a walk! bonding with your pet and getting suspicion-free exercise!
💙 if you binge and/or are made to eat above your limit, do not throw up. instead, fast for the rest of the day (eat as little as possible if forced to eat again), drink some lemon water and green tea, and exercise as much as you can
💙 have cold baths/showers! the last minute or two is allowed to be lukewarm, however
