Our date, Part 4/4
"Wow, she said loud enough for him to hear.
He grinned at her, doing another one before heading back to the car.
"What'd you think?" he asked, taking his cone back.
"Never knew anyone that could do backflips before," she admitted.
"You do now, JC beamed at her.
they finished their cones amid funny stories about school, friends and family. When finally both had finished their cones, they got back into the car, heading back to Cristina's as it was almost nine.
He walked her up to the front door. "Well that was fun."
"Yeah,' she nodded.
"We should do it again, maybe next weekend?"
"Okay."
He smiled and moved in to giver her a quick kiss on the cheek only to find that she moved her face so that his lips met hers again. he still tasted like mint from his ice cream. A sudden burst of boldness hit her and she brought her hands up and tangled them in the back of his soft, bouncy hair. He, in turn, put hands on her hips and pulled her to him.
When they parted, they almost couldn't tell who had which flabor of ice cream, but both tasted the same mix of both flavors, like a super chocolate chip mint.
"Love you," she whispered, staring into the electric blue of his eyes.
"I love you too," he whispered back, small smile playing across his features. She started to step away and he held fast for a second, giving her a kiss on the forehead. "Sweet dreams, Cristina, I'll call you later, okay?"
"Okay. Night."
"Night." He let her go and watched as she opened the door, giving him a bit of a wave as she shut it again. he made his way back to the car, ready to go back home for the night, even though he had two hours left until curfew. Some of the other Mouseketeers were having a shindig that he was invited to, but he felt that his first night as a free man was spent in the best possible way as it was.

Date Night, Part 3
After a brief pause, Cristina's tongue slipped into JC's mouth, and he met it with his. Their tongues danced the age old dance, carressing the other's, moving between his mouth and hers, dominance of the kiss trading back and forth between the two teens. After what seemed to be an eternity, JC pulled away.
"I love you," he whispered, thumb caressing her cheek.
"How much though?"
"More than a lot."
Cristina smiled. "Good."
"What about you?" JC's voice was quiet.
"Of course I love you. You're perfect."
"I'm not perfect."
"Yes, you are," she said, leaning in and kissing his protest away.
The second game they had planned on was left abandoned in favor of spending the time in the seating area, exploring each other's mouths.
"Oh, hey, we have to get moving." JC said, checking his watch at a moment when they surfaced for air.
"Okay," Cristina sat back, watching JC as he bent forward and started untying his rented shoes. Seemingly sensing being watched, he looked up at her.
"Plan on just leaving your shoes behind?" he asked. She shook her head as if clearing it, leaning over to change her shoes.
JC returned the shoes and balls as Cristina made a trip to the bathroom to fix her hair so that it didn't scream 'recent make-out session'.
"Ice cream?" JC asked, adjusting the rear-view mirror before glancing at her.
"Sure," she smiled at him.
The place with the best ice cream was a locally owned and run little place. On nights when little leauge played, there was no hope of finding a parking spot. Luckily there were a few empty spots and JC pulled into one near the empty plot of land that was next to the shop. They got out of the car and walked up to the walk-up window set in the front of the building hand in hand. They each ordered a cone and started licking them as they walked back to the empty lot.
JC leaned against the hood of the SUV and she joined him, each licking their cones in a comfortable slience for a few moments.
"Want to see something cool?" he asked when his cone was just about gone.
"Okay."
He handed her the end of his cone. "Hold this for a second." She took it in her free hand, watching him as he crossed the sidewalk to the grass and turned around to face her. He gave her a wave before turning his attention to preparing for whatever he was about to do. As she watched, Cristina licked his cone, the mintiness of his mint chocolate chip meshing well with the aftertaste of her own chocolate cone.
After a few seconds, JC executed a one-handed back hand spring, bouncing a bit, regaining his normal balance after the gymnastic move.

Our Story, Part 2
"I'm your 'bitch'?"
"Sure, why not? LOL." Cristina ran a hand trough JC's floppy hair as he stared at the sheet for another long moment before getting up and starting their game. Cris sat in the score chair and watched his butt as he focused on the task at hand and stepped forward, releasing the ball.
He knocked over seven pins and turned around to grin at her. She smiled back and marked down his pins as they waited for his ball to return. He went again and knocked down another two. She marked down his nine before getting up.
"You know how to do it, right?" he asked. She paused for a moment, thinking it over before shaking her head.
"But you can teach me," she offered. She picked up her ball and looked at it, even though she knew perfectly well how to bowl. He offered her a sympathetic smile and took the ball from her and showed her how to slip her fingers in. She nodded when he looked up at her and he handed the ball back to her. She repeated what he did and then turned to face the lane.
He moved up behind her and gently took her wrist in his hand, his other hand resting gently just above the elbow of her other arm.
"Okay, you're right handed so you'll want to start off with your left foot and bring the ball back. Then start bringing it forward as you take two more steps and release it when your arm reaches here." he gently pushed on her wrist and she let him, until it was at the right angle where she would release the ball. "Got it?"
Cris nodded and moved her arm back. JC let go of her and stepped back and she moved forward and watched as the ball went straight down the lane, hitting just the right place to give her a strike.
"Oh wow, must be beginner's luck!" she moved over to the score sheet and marked in her strike.
The game continued, and they relaxed around each other, the awkward silence from earlier giving into friendly jibes at each other that mixed effortlessly into the general chatter they always fell into. At the end of the game, the score sheet proclaimed JC's Girl had beat out Cristina's Bitch by a few points. Cris started teasing JC about losing.
Having had enough, JC pulled her against him and kissed her mid-taunt.
"Hi," she siad when he broke the kiss.
"Hi," he answered back, giving her a quick peck on the lips.
"You're really cute," she commented. JC laughed a little.
"Want anything from the snackbar?"
"Nachos." JC nodded and after a quick kiss on the tip of her nose, he was bounding away to the snack bar.
Cristina sat, watching the people in the next lane bowl. They were terrible at it. It wasn't long before JC returned with a couple of sodas and a plate of nachos. He handed her one of the drinks as he sat down next to her. Splitting the nachos, they finished them in record time.
"You have a little something....here, let me get it for you," JC conveyed, reaching across and wiping the drop of cheese off the corner of her lip. She licked her lips, the taste of his finger still lingering where he wiped the cheese off. His eyes locked with hers, they leaned closer, lips meeting in another kiss. he brought his hand up to cup her cheek. She leaned into him more, increasing the pressure between their lips. JC's tongue slipped out, licking along her bottom lip. Cris let out a little gasp of surprise, pulling away and opening her eyes. JC's eyes fluttered open and he gave her a bit of a sheepish smile.
She returned the smile, tilting her head back in. He met her halfway, pleasantly surprised when her tongu tentatively poked his lips. He opened them, granting her access.

Date night, part one
For Cristina, mi amor. The story Bethany wrote for us.
JC whistled as he twirled the keyring on his finger. Tonight was the night he had been waiting for. HIs first night of freedom. He had passed his driving test with flying colors that afternoon, and his dad was letting him borrow his SUV, as long as he was back before eleven.
He had the perfect night planned out. He was going to pick up Cristina for and evening of bowling. Movie dates were just too cliche. And maybe if they had time, they'd stop and get some ice cream afterward.
He got into the vehicle, checked his mirrors and changed the station before backing slowly out of its space. He was careful as he drove to Cris' house. He turned the music down low as he turned onto her street, and carefully parked in the driveway and bounded out of the car and to the front door.
Her mom opened the door when he knocked.
"Um. Hi. I'm here for Cristina. My name's Josh Chasez, but everyone calls me JC," he proffered a hand.
She looked him over before taking his hand. "Cristina!" she called back through the house. She moved aside, letting JC into the house.
Cristina appeared from the hallway and JC's smile lit up his face as he saw her. "Hi," he said. She smiled back, but before she could answer, her mome took over.
"You driving? You look too young to drive."
"Yes, ma'am. I just got my license today, a perfect score on the exam. I've got my Dad's SUV, he's insured, and I'll be sure she wears her seat belt and drive carefully. Oh! And have her home by whatever time you say to have her home by. My curfew is eleven," JC responded.
"Where will you be going?"
"Well, I was thinking maybe the bowling alley that's behind McDonald's. And maybe stopping either at McDonald's or somewhere for a cone afterward, if there's time."
Her mom looked him over again. "Alright, but she must be home before nine," she assented.
JC gave her his most dazzling smile and offered his hand to Cristina. She took it and walked her to the car, opening her door for her before jogging around to the driver's side and getting in.
The drive to the bowling alley was a short one, and both teenagers were quiet on the ride there, both suddenly shy again. They got out of the car, and JC waited for her, taking her hand as they walked into the building. They rented their shoes and balls, and got the last alley against the wall, the seating area partially obscured by the back wall of the arcade jutting out. They sat down, changing out their shoes.
"What name do you want?" JC asked, having finished changing his shoes and moving over to the scoresheet.
"I don't care," she replied. He nodded and wrote down their names. She stood behind him, watching.
"That's it? That's no fun." She took the pen from him and added to the names, changing their bowling order (not that it mattered). When she finished, JC read what she wrote and blushed slightly.
