Declutter your closet, bedroom, and/or any space that’s causing stress

Write and read aloud some self love positive affirmations
Unfollow anyone on social media that stresses you out or doesn’t contribute to your happiness
Write a list of 10 things that you’re grateful for and why you’re grateful for them
Try out a new recipe
Put on an outfit that makes you feel confident
Open a window and look outside
You definitely don’t have to do any/all of these if they don’t resonate with you or feel right for your situation right now, and that’s totally ok! Do whatever feels right for you <3

In this time of uncertainty, its really hard for us to be positive and keep reminding ourselves that things will get better. I know some of you might feel anxious, hopeless and scared but we will make it through this, we'll make this through together, it's going to be okay at the end. We're gonna be stronger, i promise. But as of the moment, i want you to be grateful, and appreciate the small joys of life. Do those weird stuffs, sing, dance, laugh, have fun. Do all the things that makes you happy. Follow your heart and do not forget that there are so much joy in life, and there's so much more to live for 💛✨🌈
