Where have I been?

Hello Fam! Tobias here! Today I bring a new updated goober along with a life update!

I’ve been dabbling in traditional sketchbooks and working with pens, as of late I haven’t been able to focus too much on a screen to try and draw, which explains my lack of art.

I have news! For those who don’t know, my partner and I are currently expecting. I am actually getting close to due date. I’ve been so tired lately I haven’t been able to post much and I am sorry. I’ve also been going through a diagnostic program for an autoimmune disorder that has just added to the lack of energy and art block. I hope you enjoy these doodles.

Name: Cardinal Salvadore (aka Ornella)

Alignment: Ministry Advisor / Daylight Ghost

Fandom: Ghost (the band)

Species: Possibly half-vampire, half-ghoul (unconfirmed)

Overview:

Cardinal Salvadore is a mysterious, ever-present figure within the Ministry, a trusted advisor to both current and past Papas. While they officially serve as an aide and chauffeur, their true role runs much deeper: they’re often the one who quietly keeps the Ministry from falling apart. Whether it’s dragging a rogue Papa back home or gently coaxing one through a breakdown, Salvadore is the shadow behind the throne.

They’re only seen during the daytime, typically hovering close to the Papas like a pale ghost in crisp robes. Come nightfall, they vanish from public view… but if you know where to look, you might find them quietly hanging robes to dry, darning holes, or tending to the neglected corners of the Ministry.

Their skin is sickly pale, almost waxy, and their teeth are sharp,unnaturally so. Most ghouls whisper rumors that they’re not entirely human, and they never confirm or deny it.

Gender/Identity:

Salvadore is genderfluid, but primarily presents masculine, especially when performing their clerical duties or appearing before the clergy. However, in rare, private moments with someone they trust, they remove the layers of fabric and persona to become Ornella. It’s a side of them almost no one gets to see, softer, still tired, still haunted, but undeniably themself.

Personality:

Quiet, controlled, and incredibly competent. They don’t speak much unless necessary, and their presence tends to silence a room. Their tone is sharp, dry, and pragmatic, but they’re not unkind, in fact, under all the layers, they care deeply. They just have no time for chaos when the robes are still soaking wet and there’s a Papa stuck at a bar three towns over.
