Theorematic travelled back out to NYC and met up with Wavy Da Ghawd at Washington Square Park. Although it wasn’t “the regular“ hangout spot for the Producer and his cohort, The Walkers, it was the perfect backdrop to share his story. In this interview Wavy speaks on his constant love and connection to Hip Hop which led to his journey to the Mecca (NYC), how he got into making music, his methods of making it and releasing his next project GHAWD's EDEN. I was back out in Brooklyn like I never left. This time, Theorematic was on the R&B side of things hangin' with a girl from “Around the Way” by the name of Essense. She and I met up at Linden Park where we sparked up a conversation about her musical journey. Passion for music motivated a series of self taught endeavors from playing the piano, song writing, music production to sound engineering. Essense is melodically sultry with a touch of grit and one can tell by listening to her song "Hello Brooklyn" and her latest offering of “Around the Way.”SHOW LESS

If know anything about Fatt Father, you can presume we talked about the importance of family and if you’ve been keeping up with his journey, then you also know we talked about fitness. During this episode of Theorematic, Fatt Father breaks down his contribution to hip-hop while keeping his family first and also keeping his pen game prolific which is exhibited in his latest project “Soccer Dad.”

We traveled back out to Brooklyn for this episode of Theorematic and chopped it up with Brownsville’s own, Rim. A true stand up guy and standout Emcee, in this interview he takes us on a personally guided tour of his life of hip hop and home. From his connection with the late grate MC Sean Price to the passing of his mother and the making of "Felecia Sun,” Rim let’s us know “this is more than music.”

For this episode of Theorematic, I drove over to the 37th Shield Library and sat down with the one and only Bang Belushi. In this interview, Bang demonstrates an open book policy sharing intimate details about his tumultuous yet passionate and loving relationship with hip hop and everything in between. The ups and downs of the life and times of Bang Belushi creates the formula of the math behind his music.

March 4, 2021, Theorematic traveled back to Brooklyn; Bedford-Stuyvesant to be exact. On the same corner that witnessed the birth of Kings and Kane, we link with Eddie Kaine, the current Emcee that crusades those same corners. He takes us on a tour of his past while spitting a bar filled outlook on the future.

For the first Theorematic installment of 2021, we inked up with Vic Spencer in his hometown, Chicago, IL. We set up shop at Leaders -1354. While Vic casually made himself a mimosa with Willy the Kid’s new “Motu Viget,” we began to talk. He vividly describes why and how he got into music, coming up in a group home, his Chicago roots and being a productive dope M.C  amongst other things. THEOREMATIC: Ariel O'Neal

I just so happened to be in DC on Saturday November 7th to film a Theorematic episode with Ariel O'Neal, a really dope guitarist. That would've been a good trip within in itself, but something else happened that day. 20 mins after I arrived in the city, Joe Biden and running mate Kamala Harris were officially announced as the victors of the 2020 presidential election.  The previous solitude nature of the streets soon turned into a celebration!  I got a chance to document great images and moments and it blended perfectly with the wonderful Ariel O'Neal playing her guitar melodically in the DC streets. Amidst all of the chaos of these times, we got to steal away a moment of peace.SHOW LESS
