Online Journalism in South East Asia
We all know that south East Asia is one of the fastest growing online markets, but DID YOU KNOW THAT? There some country like Cambodia using their internet services for just 1%. Imagine how lack of online journalism this country is. As we can 👀 the cellular 📱 they used is not updated and they said that 💻 and 📱 is main source to do the assignment. But since a lack of internet services in that country most of the people don’t have the choice to wait for the full computer shop
There has been rising interest in analyzing history textbooks and historiography of Malaysia for the past decade. Much of conducted studies highlight the controversial issues of what is included or excluded. The primary aim of this online news to demonstrate how increased participation of users in online news reshaped public history. It argues that online news goes beyond as a site of news and other informative articles, by enabling the sharing of historical knowledge on the web. This online news contributes to the body of knowledge on the new media and history by having a better understanding to assist in nation building.
According to Touch Sopor and Sunan Rin they used Facebook Account to communicate and that the easiest way to talk to their friend. Mobile Internet access is picking up fast. Internet connection is ground to Mobile as dominant access point. I agree with everybody who says that there is nothing like holding a 📰 in your hands. When some major event actually happens, most people will run to buy the newspapers to 👀 it, but how often does that happen? How often do you run out to get a copy of usually you rely on your online news source. I think print journalism is not ⚰️ yet, but I can hear the death knell ringing. I just think online journalism is the future of journalism.
Since the Singapore is one the highest and updated in internet services their economy grow fastest and their internet services through online is very amazing because it has a lot of gigabytes unlike the other country the internet is very poor. To survive in the new media and pass and receive news fast, journalist is on twitter. But since twitter is limited to 140 characters, journalist also does blogging. In this platform, anyone can publish their opinion in a certain issue that they want to talk about. They also wrote here the things that they can’t send mainstream media.

DUTERTE ON RAPPLER
As a media practitioner first you must know how to defend yourself that’s why the Philippine journalism made the code of ethics to lessen the problem which is what we called bias. We all know that Rappler, a popular online news site in the Philippines. I’m not against with the president I am against to the people who work for this administration always trying to spread the news that MEDIA is one of the not reliable source to get news. Waiiiiit? Whattt? I really like to defend Rappler online news because nowadays every details that you want to know about what’s happening to the society is there and Rappler is one of the most influential media sites that every people wants to know.
What’s wrong with that? That’s my big question to all the bashers of Rappler online media. Why the Government wants to shut down the online media which is the Rappler? Because Rappler can influence millions of people to get freshest information or the Rappler have the power to use the social media to spread the fact news coming from the government. I’m not being bias here, we all know that this online media sites violated some of Philippines constitution.
But first every journalist and broadcasters know that they have the right to express their opinions and thoughts. We are not the commentator here but be critical thinking. If you are in the politics you must accept those positive and negative insights coming from the society. For me I’m not agreed to the president or the secretary holding the case of Rappler   for his decision to shut down or crack down this online media sites.
Way back in 2016 there are some cases that the administration threats against to the media. In media you must accept the fact that there are some critical in reporting. Philippine Rappler has long been a thorn in the side of President Rodrigo Duterte. The president accused that Rappler is being run by the American which is illegal under the Philippines constitution. In my research about the accused that Rappler is illegal, I found that the owner of these online media sites is a Filipino. Lucio Tan is one of the holders in the said media sites. There are some Chinese-Filipino but it should be considered as Filipino.
I don’t believe that Duterte has nothing to do with secretary ruling vs. Rappler. First there are some cases that there are journalist threats them badly. Now you must think it properly. The Palace already gave their statement that the president don’t know and don’t have the responsibility to rule the decision of Secretary Harry Roque. Calling you a fake news outlet how can you swallowed all the accuse coming from the leader of the country. It’s not good to call or accused you like that be critical thinking. I know that the CEO of the company which is the Rappler made their mistakes as violating the law of the land. And no one can comply the law even the media. It’s been tough to make a discussion with this kind of topic.
We all know that Rappler has been vocal in fighting fake news and so called “trolls” releasing from time to time news items and analyses on the issue. Duterte has made thinly veiled threats, but does this official move against rappler issuing a formal declaration of war against the Filipino media. The president also found who make the fake news but it’s not the Rappler but later on he referred that the Rappler is an outlet of fake news. He also added that he’s not going to be surprised that the article of the rappler is fake news article.
What will happen if Rappler is going to be crack down by the Supreme Court? It means that no one can be expressed their feeling or thoughts even the media. So where is the power of the press? Where is the power to give the information freely? What is the use of the Code of Ethics?

Implementing the new bill
2 out of 10 filipino laborers and professional dont agree with the new bill of our administration. The reason of the workers is some of the goods updating their prices. most of the filipino dont want to have like this kind of taxes given by the government.
But not all agree with this kind of agreement because most of the Filipino especially the poor people or what we call the informal settler.
According to the people of what I already interview about the 🚇 law and excise tax. They say that the administration used the power to collect more 💰 of their own.
Most of the people is disagree to the excise tax, just like the drivers using the gasoline to their vehicles. The government add taxes on the particular goods and other vehicles to promote the good thing in our country.
having this new bill many of us are not prepared with all the products and goods updating their prices to the supermarkets and other convenience store. According of what i research the people or the workers is not agree with this.

Are you well-informed about the discourses on TRAIN law and Excise tax?
Dante Dela Paz - Kapampangan Restaurant Owner
I think last week I saw on TV that some of the product and goods are updating their prices because of the Train law and Excise tax.
“Nararamdaman ko na nga yong pagtaas ng mga bilihan katulad na lamang ng mga gagamitin ko sa pagluluto to be specifically yung mga karne at mga gagamitin sa pag luluto.
Apektado na rin ang Diesel kasi pumapatak sa 3 piso yung idinagdag ng  mga gasoline station which is for me bilang Pamilyadong tao ay malaki na rin ang nagagastos namin. Kaya mabigat talaga samin itong pinatupad na batas.”
I’m not disagree with this project but there are some reason “na dapat na inform ang lahat kasi sabi sabi sa balita wala daw naganap na botohan sa mga Party List. I know the Administration would have their own project to support the other people. Pero dapat itong batas na ito ay dapat pinag isipan ng mabuti.
Aldrin Cabulong Agcaoili  - Assistant Project Architect at Ironcon Builders and development Corporation
Angelica Garcia Campil - Jollibee Manager Marikina Lamuan Branch
Una kong naramdaman ang pagtaas nya sa aking bisyo which is yung sigarilyo.
For me as Manager malaki talaga ang nawawala sa amin dahil sa batas nato.
Primitiva Bermudez - Marikina High School Teacher
Christine Israel Ojeda - Registered Nurse at Capitol Medical Center

TRAIN LAW AND EXCISE TAX
We all know that tax is the main source or the budget of our country which is the Philippines.
Tax can be the solution of the debt of the Philippines to other country such as china, Korea, Russia and so on.
The government add taxes on the particular goods and other vehicles to promote the good thing in our country.
But not all agree with this kind of agreement because most of the Filipino especially the poor people or what we call the informal settler. according to the people of what I already interview about the train law and excise tax.
They say that the administration used the power to collect more money of their own. Most of the people is disagree to the excise tax, just like the drivers using the gasoline to their vehicles.
In my research about this issue Wilkins flavored water affiliated to the Government that their product is not a juice or soda but a water with flavor.
In this matter to be generally the people did not agree in this kind of bill that already done and passed to the President.
Convenience store, oil retailers, supermarket and even the vendors updating their prices. Cigarettes is also updating their prices
Before the price of one box of cigarette is worth 80 pesos then now its been 102 pesos.
Higher fuel prices will also have a trickle-down effect on public transport service providers, which have started seeking fare hikes. However, all kinds of milk, 3-in-1 coffee, natural fruit juices, vegetable juices, and medically-indicated beverages are exempt.

INTERNET BECOME A POWER
Information can set us free, or it can imprision us. Information can open our minds to new possibilities, or it can manipulate us through propaganda.
Now more than ever it is critical that we use our instincts to decide what to believe while visiting the exhibits along the information highway. information being exposed to edit by the general public can be misleading and bent toward an agenda.
Not that the mass media isn't guilty of the same. No matter where you get your info. you have to read between the lines and apply the middle rule. Somewhere in between the extremes is usually the truth. .
Predominant websites somehow proves some kind of top-down elite authority? Pffft. Does she bring to any concern the factor of consumers having MADE those websites as big as they are? Web pages only have as much power as the people that use it. There is no coercion here, unlike in the real world. The real world is often what restricts the Web.
This doucumentary gives the common person & small insight into how the web has/is evoulving & an insight into potential issues (social, political, economical etc) arrising from it its good to now how the internet is evolving. Its the fasting growing phenomina with people all over the world are interacting. Theres so much you can already do.
People spend hours on a regular basis on it. Peoples lives now depend on it. It will be interesting to know what the people in charge of the worlds servers will do with all our data. The internet is the best thing to interact with any part of the world in a instant.

FREE EDUCATION IN THE PHILIPPINES
One of the main issues facing right now the Philippines is lack of education. We all know that education is one of the main source to be a successful human beings. When the news got started to blown for a week, a lot of netizens and citizens follow the news about if its true? or Not? But since the Department of Education talked about the "free education" program. And also the government talked a lot of what will be the results if we have our "free education" . As the government said that you have the power to choose to learn and to study a lot. Yeah its happy to know that starting june we have the free education to all state colleges and the universities. Some of the people thanks the government because it will help the poor Filipinos whose their children studying in the tertiary level. But since the Free Education Program had already a law to some of the state colleges and universities and its also signed by our President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. Its now a law that you can be study without paying tuition to the school you wanted to study. But the "free education" is only and valid for chosen colleges and universities. Not all Universities and colleges offer a free education because some of the universities owned by the respective person and high profile person. The Free Education is for the people who can't afford the tuition fees. Its an opportunity also that you may continue your study because of this kind of program. Thank you to the house of Congress and house of Senators for passing this kind of bill. Its a very big help to all the Filipinos who wants to study and learned.
