The scary part of all this is I didn’t even realize this was Sarah Jessica Parker until literally a week ago.

That moment as a nutritional science major in the early stages is learning basic biology and organic chemistry.

And the link between chemistry and nutrition suddenly come together to form a larger concept.

Okay. I so used to NOT be a fan of Taylor Swift... I dunno I just didn’t get into her much at the time. But with her new album her new music is so catchy. I don’t even care if people make fun of me I openly sing her music in public.

Well no shit coke is bad for you. It uses processed sugar... all he did was reduce the coke down (let water evaporate), melt the sugar content, and reveal all the damn sugar in soda. It’s nothing special. This is the same way caramel, spun, and pulled sugar is made. It’s the same process in making the syrup canned fruit is in only you don’t reduce as much water out.

Bleached white sugar isn’t even good for you.... its bleached. Same chemical process that happens when you eat bleached white flour.

YOU ALL EAT BLEACH ITS TERRIBLE. Coca-cola spun sugar... that sounds kind of cool, actually.

Don’t know if we can look at Coke every the same way again. Be prepared to cringe when you watch the full video  here.
