The fact that Agatha Harkness turned out to be a raging lesbian is the first gift we got. I never even dreamed we would get to see her being queer and then to have her relationship with Rio blasted across the screen time and time again? Wow! The fact that she has a messy complicated lesbian relationship in the first place was unexpected. I am so grateful for this series for making this a big part of Agatha's character. They didn't have to but they did it anyway. It was never going to be a romcom so I'm satisfied (at the moment at least) with the ending.

Yes I'm disappointed in the lack of a AgathaRio origin story but the fact we got this story at all makes me glad. All we knew is that Agatha was gonna have her own spinoff, the queerness and AgathaRio of it all is just a big bonus in my opinion.

Now then

Where's my AgathaRio spinoff prequel Marvel??? You have a chance to do something even more groundbreaking and I hope you will!

Alice spent so much of her life hearing her mother's version of the Ballad and denying her magic, only for it to be revealed that her mother wrote that version as a protection spell for her out of her love for Alice, desperately trying to open the way to the Road so that she could save her - after Alice spent so much time despising the song and refusing to sing it.

Agatha spent centuries hearing witches sing this song that Nicky started and she and Nicky built together, believing that it was a spell to get them whatever they wanted when the Road never existed in the first place, and singing it over and over and over again to turn that against them.

The Ballad of the Witches' Road was always about the love between a mother and her child.

That shot of Agatha falling and dying with Rio in the center of the shot watching kills me bc I KNOW that Rio wanted to reach out or hold her or do something but she couldn’t because it was her job as Death to let it happen.

Like imagine watching the love of your life, your scar, finally die when you had expected her to live for many more centuries and not being able to do anything about it?

And the fact that it had been her kiss.. the kiss of Death that killed Agatha… even though it had been Agatha’s choice…

does anyone else think about the fact that ed says "i dont love you" in response to oswald saying that killing him will change him

but we know for a fact that killing oswald did change him because he becomes the riddler

and throughout the entirety of 3x15 hallucination oswald is trying to get him to admit why hes doing the things hes doing in that episode and he even asks him at the beginning of the wake up alone scene

and the only way ed can get him to stop singing is admitting out loud that killing oswald killed a part of him

which essentially nullifies the fact that he said he doesnt love oswald

and when this is paired with the fact that just a few scenes earlier hallucination oswald said he knows the things ed is trying to hide from himself and also just how... sensual that whole scene was? i just.

i think thats neat and ive been thinking about it alot lately,,

(also i have absolutely no idea how anyone can look at 3x15 without immediately assuming ed is in love with oswald and is just heavily repressing it)(seriously how is that not how you are supposed to interpret that episode)
