Masrur volunteered to go hunting for the group since he was better with the heat and his sense of smell would be better for this. However, what he didn’t expect, was for Sinbad to have tagged along, or if Ja’far sent him, he didn’t know. Which was strange considering he was sure the older male would want to relax under the shade of the oasis they found for miles.

χnice was one way to describe it. Words couldn’t quite bring justice to the things that Morgiana was feeling these days. For a long time before she’d arrived, she had feared that it wouldn’t be as welcoming or fulfilling as she’d hoped, just because she was so used to disappointments. However, the joy that filled her now was more than she was even sure a single body could contain. 

χ Being around the other Fanalis now was common place! common place! That was more than she could ever have dreamed of, to have the opportunity for these things to be a normal occurrence. Being used to her home now brought a contentment and level of joy that she hadn’t known before, and it was something that couldn’t be taken from her.  

χ Because it also couldn’t be put into proper words, she didn’t try to. She knew she didn’t need to do so either, as anyone who had known her before could see how she was different, the way she seemed to glow and how confident she was becoming in herself. So, when she met Aladdin with a smile and a nod, blushing slightly at the praise, she knew that he understood all of that without even having to think about it.

Really, Aladdin could understand her joy when she stepped foot on the land, with Aladdin using all of his magic back then to keep her from transforming. But this was the last piece of his own homeworld, the only thing that Solomon’s rukh couldn’t change. Alma Torran. To think, he and Morgiana were descendants of people from another world. Barefeet touching the ground when he returned, toes spreading with the blades of grass, and he looked around.

Of course, his own world was lost and destroyed thanks to Arba and Al Tharman... The Fanalis were able to transfer over to this new world and it made him happy that Morgiana got to be around her kind. Maybe, if he felt confident in his magic enough, he can offer Masrur, Muu, and the rest of the Fanalis Corp the chance to see this world without changing into their beast form. But he was afraid he’d fail and just figured one person at a time to come and see their race flourishing away from the war, threats, etc. 

Aladdin could see a huge difference in Morgiana, and he was thankful he got to see her transform; from a slave girl who didn’t know how to make choices for her own benefit to a young woman with a strong heart and lots of happiness and confidence being around her race. One she and the others thought was gone, extinct. At the question back to him he smiled from his place on the large boulder, staff by his side, “I’ve gotten better casting my mother’s and father’s magic, though Solomon’s a lot harder to get. Did you get to learn any new moves?”

And since you’re Alibaba’s family, I wanted to meet you under different circumstances.” Would it be right to say Aladdin was a bit jealous of Cassim’s familial bond with Alibaba, but those emotions barely built up before it was squashed with the wish to extend a hand of friendship.

aladdin vc: i’ve called kouen uncle. and an old man. i guess you’ve just gotten even more boring the older you got gramps! yeah, but she seems adamant about it, plus that’s not fair gramps, she didn’t meet me until i got to sindria, so that isn’t a fair chance.

Kouha walked through the palace with his Household behind him, though with a fanner following him about, because there was no way he was going to stay in this heat without some relief. However, it’s when he spots his sister, sweating and her Household earned a shake of his head that he is sending one of his fanners to his sister, to help her cool down, “Your Assistant didn’t even think to get a fan for you, ‘Gyoku?” He looked straight at Ka Koubun, before turning to his sister, “You need it much more than I do.” He didn’t have to wear heavy robes and such, or rather refused to.

he’d never actually  admit  that the nicknamed deemed on him was … .   BOTHERSOME  ;  it’d be akin to admitting he was actually  OLD  ,  something he  refused  to do .  he was not old !  nor did he look it either .    ‘  thats  great  news !  im sure masrur will be  DELIGHTED  to hear it .  we once set out to look for more  FANALIS  as well ,  but unfortunately found none .   at that time ,  the dark continent was desolate too  .  ’    a  genuine  smile graced his features ;  the thought that his subordinate was not  ALONE  elicit such .  perhaps masrur would be interested in visiting —- sinbad himself found the idea  APPEALING .   all the talk of ADVENTURE  tempted him to once again go on one of his own .    ‘  that must’ve taken a great deal of work ;  I’M PROUD OF YOU  ,  aladdin .   you’ve truly grown into a fine young man and magician .  ’

It would be too bad for Sinbad really because the nickname will never leave his association, despite Aladdin being the older of the two. “Really? Well, maybe we can take him to meet them one day. If he’s up for it, that is.” He didn’t really talk much with Masrur sadly, but maybe Morgiana would be able to bring the subject up to him. Sinbad and the others wouldn’t have to worry, for Aladdin will bring Masrur back and not have him change. Unless he wanted it. Maybe everyone would like to come and experience that magical place with Masrur, it made Aladdin feel closer to his old home. Hearing the praise, he smiled brightly as he sat up straight with pride, “Thanks, Gramps! I’m just glad I made Miss Yamu proud, I didn’t know any magic until you let me train under her.”

aladdin vc: i can’t, he’s uncle already, and since you didn’t like uncle, you get grandpa. this is true, but you didn’t know that before so i don’t think it counts. but miss yamu already claimed me! so it’s okay if you do!!
