To make this a bit more clear. I'm not hating on Karl and other cc's about making the jokes. I totally get it, they are friends. I'm not speaking over Fundy, this more directed at the fans spamming the jokes.

The Tales of the SMP is amazing and I can't wait to see more :3.

It is more abt the fact that the fans are going to ruim some streams for somw viewers. Karl had every right to make those jokes don't get me wrong. I'm in no way talking about that.

I'm jusst completely done with the fans spamming furry jokes in the fucking chat.

Just watched the VOD from Karl and the sheet dissappointment and fear for Fundy's live chat I'm feelimg right now is just massive. By reducing Fundy to a fucking furry (which he claims he isn't) and Tommy'd pet, they're going to ruin his next stream for some viewers and maybe Fundy himseld. Just wait till someone uses TTS and talks about the furry and Tommy thing and jist chat spams it? It's so fucking unfunny that is dissappoints me when it happens again.

The "Fundy is a furry joke" has been milked dry tilk it's just a fucking moldy raisin and many Fundy fans are just completely done with it.

I'm hyperfixated on Fundy and seeing him being reduced to just a furry when he has done so fucking much for the lore that almost no-one acknowledges it and pushes him aside (yesterday's stream as example :)) ) just hurts so many people.

(I'm now focusing on Fundy bc I only watch his and Punz' streams so I can't talk a lot about other cc's that are just being pushed aside. Sorey 'bout that)

Fundy has stated many times that he isn't a furry and doesn't like the furry jokes but everyone that spams Fundy is a furry after a joke just disrespects him. We're all talking about respecting cc's and yet some just do it.

Let's also talk about the fact that Fundy doesn't use his facecam a lot currently. Let's just respect it whenever he does use it and not spam "facecam!!??" "Please use a facecam again!!" "Where is ur facecam??" Etc in the chat. If he chooses not to use it, don't pressure him into doing it :/ it's fucking annoying for viewers like myself.

I see it as: "I only watch it for his face" and not his personality or what he brings to the stream. Not having facecam on also can help him focus on roleplaying as he doesn't have to worry about also entertaining his viewers with his face.

I can go on and on about him being pushed aside so I won't.

Ffor those who plan on donating Fundy is Tommy's pet jokes and furry jokes. Please don't, it makes a lot of us uncomfortable or just annoyed. The fucking ocean is empty and the only thing left is salty viewers. We reduce Fundy to a furry while Technoblade stated he likes to be represented by a pig yet we almost never make fun of that. :/

I’ve been avoiding lore streams ever since the end of Season 2 except for Fundy’s because usually he does chill things in Dream SMP, and I watch his streams primarily because it’s fun and chill and we vibe, and I think that it’s been doing me a lot of good.

I primarily watch Fundy, and Eret or Ranboo if I’m awake when they stream. And it does pains me to see underrated or smaller streamers’ characters reduced to side characters, or unreasonable, or anything like that. (I say small, because the comparison for ‘big’ are people like Tommy, Tubbo, Ranboo and Techno. The others aren’t small in any way, but since I have these four to compare to, I painfully have to say small). (And for context, I’m talking about, Eret, Niki, Fundy, Jack, Puffy, etc.)

Something that’s been troubling me for the longest time and especially now was that the bloodvines or crimson egg arc was thought of as a sideplot, or side storyline even though it’s so interesting, and as soon as Tommy streams it, it becomes a big thing, which I find annoying that anything other characters with a smaller audience do is always written off as side stuff. Clearing it up, I don’t find Tommy annoying (okay, he is really loud and I can’t exactly watch him AT ALL because my family finds him annoying lmao, he deserves all the viewers he’s getting, I find the fact that the audience treat anything the smaller streamers do as side, and only acknowledge it when the bigger streamers stream it.

The recent Tales of the SMP where Fundy was reduced to merely a ‘pet’, I know it’s all roleplay, but it doesn’t make it better because I know that his next stream, there will be a comeback of all those Furry jokes because of this. I feel like though the Tales of the SMP shows how badly hybrids are treated then, as Fundy is called a pet, but the audience will find it funny and will probably spam him as Tommy’s pet or Furry during his next stream, which is most likely gonna be chill and non-lore again (I hope anyway), and the spam will just ruin the mood because it’s unfunny.

And if I’m honest, I really enjoy the Tales series, it’s well crafted, music choice is perfection, Karl is amazing for that and I hope to watch it when I have time.

My main frustration is that him being reduced to a pet even if it’s for the story’s sake of depicting how hybrids were treated, is that there are gonna be people who spam that in his next stream and it really makes it uncomfortable to be in chat when they spam it, or when they dono it and people start spamming it. It is a nice idea to show how hybrids used to be treated, but the spams in his next stream are not gonna be fun. 

I understand their decision of making the bigger streamers the main characters, or actually showing their story, but to write off other characters (the audience usually) as just senseless villains without understanding their background and motivations just because they’re smaller, that’s what I’m seeing so far. I’m happy that people are recognising Niki and Jack, but I wonder, how long will that last? I’m really happy about Fundy and bringing back the Dreamon arc, but will his actually reasonable insanity arc be thrown away for the sake of the current script? I hope these anti-heroes/insanity arcs won’t be thrown away because I see so much potential in them.

I enjoy writing novels myself, and Fundy and Niki’s arcs were some of the best developed arcs, Fundy more so because of his orphan thing and getting constantly left behind, and their characters are some of the best developed I’ve seen recently, I’m mentioning them because ‘villain’, ‘antihero’, ‘insane’ characters just don’t get to show their previous motives and why they snap, but with them, we do. Difference between them and Techno, Techno has a huge audience so he doesn’t get overlooked and they don’t (huge as in 100k plus), I definitely am not hating on the big steamers like Tommy Tubbo and Ranboo such, in case anyone who reads this misunderstood. In all honesty, they deserve it so much and I’m so proud of Ranboo for his quick rise.

It’s just that because they are big, they have a huge audience, who most likely finds it all funny and kinda hurts the c!Fundy recognition and the spam in chat is so annoying because it’s an unfunny joke, move on! Oh, and I wonder if people ACTUALLY think he’s a furry, I hope not. (Actually, there probably are people who do, since I sometimes see questions that ask if he genuinely is one, that’s just sad)

For Season 3, the Bloodvines are definitely the plot, and Dreamon hunters are coming back which is great!! But what about, Niki and Jack’s plot, and Fundy’s insanity? Please don’t tell me that his going back to normal mentally is because of that one and a half year gap after he left L’manhole. If it IS because of that, please tell me that the ‘therapy’ arc was Cogchamp at least. Because if their arcs are thrown away and forgotten just because they need to cater to the main story, then that just does those three dirty.

Also, now that Wilbur is no longer dropping cursed or random lore, I guess it’s Fundy’s turn now huh. Well, as long as he doesn’t drop anything like, Techno’s married to a…… donkey or something. (Please no, that’s too cursed)

Basically, a lot of things that I wanted to talk about are mostly fit into this post.

Also, I hope that the reason why Fundy streamed DSMP after a long time is not because he was pressured or saw tweets and stuff about wanting him on the smp, I hope he streams because he wants to or enjoys it like he does with his other streams and Cogchamp and such.
