Idk if this is an autism thing but it is a ME thing and I'm autistic so yeah listen up

You know when you're in a class for an hour. And to make it easier you say "Okay so we just sit here for 15 minutes four times" and it sounds much easier to process than an hour

It worked trust me. It got me through some of the toughest classes in school

I am doing the same thing with the countdown. But splitting it into 10 days
