Previous Experience: I’ve been working for the Isola Diamond Battalion for over a year, and during this time I’ve had to track down groups of criminals for the purpose of arrest and disposal.

Before coming to this dimension I was sent out on missions by my village. These missions always required skill in the art of stealth, battle and perception. I went out on these missions with a team, so I know how to work with others.

Skills: I’m a shinobi with a variety of jutsu in my arsenal. I’m also a skilled swordsman with access to other ninja tools.

Previous Experience: Back where I’m from, me and my buddies went through the ropes to be Junior Detectives. Got the badge and mustache to prove it! There’s also plenty of people here that can confirm it all.

Skills: So I’ve got plenty of Huntsman training– basically cool heroes that fight off monsters and stuff. On top of that, I’ve got pretty good aim. I can show off at a target range if you want.

Skills: Military and paramilitary organization experience, lots of martial experience, strength and speed beyond most humans, above average senses. Good at being sneaky and strong.

Previous Experience: You see, I’m actually a Junior Detective – got the badge and everything, well, just the badge. Me and my partner(s) have solved crimes all over Vale. I can bring up witnesses and happy citizens for testimonies if you need them!

Skills: I’m also a Huntsman in training, so you know, I can handle myself in a fight. I can play the intimidation game if I need to. I’m super suave, can play a mean sax, and will rock a mustache.

On the lowest floor of Level 3 in Fibonacci ward, a small private detective agency sits. Small and empty for now, but it seeks to work with the police and citizens alike to solve the crimes of this city.

The meeting called was sudden, and likely not expected with their boss out of commission, but here he was. Loose, ill-fitted clothing and a suit jacket draped over his shoulders - an attempt at dressing himself, having not gone well given the bandages plastered across his back, and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. He looked both positively agitated and probably the least professional anyone had ever seen him.

“Settle down, all of you.” The crowd - both agency employees and locals who regularly came to the agency’s location in Fibonacci hushed under his stern tone.

“The investigation into what transpired in this ward is ongoing, and I promise you it is not going ignored. I realize at this level police presence is minimal, and you and the inhabitants of the lower section rely on us for answers and the apprehension of the suspects at large.” A murmur went through the crowd.

“We expect that this, like many other such instances, are the result of gang related activity in the area. Regardless of the situation, we continue to collect eyewitness reports. Please come to either myself or one of our detectives. There is currently a waiting list, but we are doing all we can to ensure the future safety of you and yours.” Taking a drag of his cigarette, he shuffled uncomfortable for a moment, before looking back over the crowd.

“Usually attacks such as this are for public clout. They are done in public, leaving the scene for display in order to scare you. Or impress you - whatever this deranged arse wants to get out of this. Regardless, rest assured we are working on our investigation around the clock.” A nod, and the murmurs rose through the crowd as Lord El-Melloi II moved carefully around and back into the agency, leaving the door propped open as people flooded in behind him.

It was going to be another long week, it seemed.

Previous Experience: I’ve never been an official secretary, but I have worked with large quantities of documentation while working towards… projects. I’ve organized a few escape rooms over the past few years, which takes quite a bit of planning and pulling strings. I take my work seriously, because without organization there is chaos. Without a solid structure in place, a agency can’t thrive, so I would consider myself pretty apt. 

Skills: I’m very good with people, and even better in math. I have a sharp eye and can pick out little details.

Previous Experience: I acted as the de-facto secretary of my own charity organization back home and in another city, as well as its accountant. During this time, I’d also spent time with a number of people who had been thrown into unfortunate circumstances, and so I can handle most any reaction our clients may have to their own situations.

Skills: 6 years of professional experience with productivity software; able to train others on that software who have little to no experience with modern technology.

Name: Kyouko Kirigiri. Age: 21 ( going to turn 22 in a few weeks ).  Home Ward: Archimedes Ward, Condo 402. Desired Position: Detective.

Previous Experience: I have been a detective ever since I was 7 years old, for a total of almost 15 years - anything my father can do, I can do and better. I am a 000 detective, only one of four in my previous world. 000 detectives, to give you an idea, need to be confronted by national level security if gone rogue. I have handled a rogue 000 in the past at age 13. I am also the former Super High School Level Detective - scouted at age 16 for being the best around and am also known as the Ultimate Detective as well. Impossible crime and homicide is my specialty, although I can do any case imaginable.

Skills: I know 8 separate martial arts, kickboxing and much, much more. I know hacking. I know how to use just about any weapon, although I have a preference for using two pistols. I can lock pick. I’ve escaped being tortured. I can hold my breath for upwards of 10 minutes. I know survival skills. I know how to read someones body language perfectly and get into their head, predicting their actions. I can perform body examinations to find a deeper cause of death if need be. And this is simply some examples. I don’t have any ‘superpowers’ or 'magic’, however, despite the fact that I have taken my body to the absolute limit a normal human can. I suppose something worth noting is that I can hear the Angel of Death and danger in general - meaning, I can sense death essentially, when someone is about to die, if they died, and so on and so forth.

Speeding and general breaking of traffic rules - I needed to get places quickly. And it’s fun.

Underaged smoking and drinking  - Teenage rebellion. Don’t ever start smoking.

Breaking and entering - I needed information.

Espionage - Read the above.

Larceny - Read the above.

Trespassing - Read the above.

Fabrication of evidence - Used to catch someone when they’re lying and as a bluff. I’ve never sent in fake evidence or used it otherwise. 

Illegal use of weaponry and vehicles - You think they’d give a 14 year old a license?

Automobile theft - Needed a vehicle in a pinch.

Treason - I sort of helped and used resources from a world saving organization with my leadership in one of their branches to hide and help rehabilitate 15 people that ended the world in the first place. I wasn’t caught for what? A full year? No one found out until that time, and even then, I was not the one under suspicion. 

Sedition - In less eloquent words, fuck the Future Foundation.

Assault - Sometimes you have to knock people out.

With the exception of Treason, I was never caught for any of these.

A few points of clarification:

Some applications are coming in the old format! There is a new format here [x]

The fact that the old forms are being used makes me concerned that the new detectives have not read my Rules for this business! EM2 will fire you if you are breaking any of the rules I’ve set forth, considering my idea for this is that it will interact with the public of Spirale!

Additionally, nobody is forced to interact with each other at the agency - as stated in the rules. Do not force interactions on your coworkers! This place is a medium for interaction, but I have no expectations of you all holding hands and singing.

Also please let me know if your character wants to quit for any reason. You do not have to tell me why and it doesn’t have to be in character! Just helps my housekeeping.

experience: i previously worked as a processor for several years–a more combat-orientated kind of detective. i’ve had more clients than i can count, and you can rely on me to handle my cases with discretion. i wouldn’t be applying if i didn’t think my presence would benefit your little operation.

skills: i’d prefer to avoid violence, but i’m strong enough to hold my own against some of the more dangerous people around here.
