Decemeber 2022.
It has been quite sometime since I been on here. Graduated, new boyfriend,moved into his condo, working out here...
I wanna go back to Winnipeg, but where would I stay? My BFF bought a house! *screaming for excitement* then I’m like oh shit, where am I gonna live? Toronto for now. Let me pass my board. Go study, Sam! ------ Well I was told that I was the most low maintenace gf he has ever had. I guess a house fire changes how you spend because material things can go up in flames in an instant. More adventures, more phone pics, more foods please!

Oh Hello There!
Hi, I’m in dental hygiene. Current mood - I’m up studying for my midterms. I swear I have never studied so much in my life. The goal is to graduate ON TIME so I can go back home. 
I have not been home in months and I don’t even care for the cost. I just miss familiarity and I just need a reset. I need hugs from my friends and fam. Are they even gonna hug me? It’s covid, I’m double vaxxed!
Okay, enough procrastinating. Back to oral health education.

Celebrating my take off to Toronto and being with family. Also, celebrating/ mourning Lola's take off to heaven and being with family. It's a weird feeling. Like, to mask your sadness with this happiness that your support loves you so much but being in this time of grievance - it's different.
If it wasn't for Lola's passing I know for fact I wouldn't of seen my family. Blessing and a curse. Thank you, Lola for bringing us together one more time.

How to Get Ahead in Life
1. Don’t pay too much attention to the way you feel. Feelings change throughout the day and are unreliable. Don’t let them rule your life, or interfere with your goals.
2. Decide not to worry as it tends to make things worse. If you focus on your worries it will drain your energy – and often what we’re dreading doesn’t happen anyway.
3. Cut the internal commentary. Stop telling yourself that things are going to fall apart, or your efforts won’t succeed, or you won’t be popular. Keep trying, moving forwards, and getting on with life.
4. Stop being self-critical. You need to be your own cheerleader and your biggest fan in life. Note progress, perseverance, attitude and inner strength. Be affirming, kind, believing and coach towards success.
5. Stop feeling guilty. Feeling guilty changes nothing. You are going to make mistakes. Accept you aren’t perfect - then get up and try again.
6. Stop worrying about what others think of you. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what they think. Choose your own goals for your life – you’re not accountable to them.
7. Don’t worry about set backs or changes to your plans. Plans always need adjusting and things always go wrong – but that doesn’t mean ‘it’s over’ or you’ll never reach your goals. Expect to make some changes – just be adaptable.
