I'm so goddamn behind. I have to finish my flashcards, review my tutorial notes, my class notes, my friend's notes he so kindly sent me and review all the flashcards again. I want to wither and die :-(

Change of plans. I just finished reviewing my textbook and I’m now going to complete the flashcards set since my oral exam has been scheduled for Thursday. I’ll review my class and tutorial notes tomorrow instead. If I do have the time, maybe I can start them tonight. I’m not sure yet.

Busy, busy day. Planning to finish my APD book and revise my tutorial notes + class notes. It’s going to take a while but I’m posting here to feel more accountable.

Hi.

There are so few of you but I wanted to say hi. Or maybe I’m just writing this to myself, I don’t know. I wanted to say hello, anyway. It’s been a while. More than a year, most likely. I didn’t really enjoy 2018, hence why I never felt the need to write about it. While my relationship with my boyfriend flourished, I failed two classes and my mum got sick. The end of 2018 brought a bit of positivity to both those departments, but it still felt like an overall unexciting year. I also feel guilty because I don’t feel like I really accomplished something. Whereas in 2017 I reached a lot of goals, I found myself being incomprehensibly passive towards everything in 2018. That’s why I’m here. I want to change that. I’m reinstating my Sunday Currently posts and setting up a goal per week. During the semester I’ll try to post a list of tasks or a post detailing my productivity. I need accountability and this blog is that exactly. I find that my main is too saturated with people who don’t interact with me and would probably be annoyed by egocentric posts debating my self-growth. So in the next few days I’ll try to set up a list of 2019 goals and weekly goals as well. A fresh start this month.

2017: A review

Lost the dreaded V. Got my license. Passed with good grades. Became an animator. Went to Amsterdam. Went to the North. Failed my first class. Volunteered. Started to learn what I want. Became more conscious. Neglected physical exercise. Read 45 books. Learned about new things. Began self-studying French and German again. Loved me more. Feared death. Snuggled with my pup. Removed negative people from my life. Got lonely. Here’s to another beautiful year. I’m grateful for all I can get.
