you can have a whole lot of reasons to be happy right in front of you and still feel off, still feel sad. even if it feels illogical and you beat yourself up thinking “but there’s so much to be grateful for” that doesn’t make you not grateful or broken. emotions are just too complicated for words or even sense. it’s okay to feel sad in good times.

yoongi. he's so much more than 'yoongi', he is a human with so much love inside his heart, so big that some of the love was made to store inside his two bright eyes and plumed honeyed cheeks, with so much galaxies of countless passion inside his mind. he is a caring person, he does not show it much but when he do, you will receive more than the love you wished to get from him. he have so much solace playing in his lips, comforting millions of people. he have so many things, he can play piano, knit, dance, sing, rap, he has it all. yoongi is just full of love and solace. he once said he is a honey boy and now all i can do is to smile with the statement. ♡

i’m so thankful we’re alive to smell flowers and touch saltwater and get chilled in the breeze and take deep breaths and make foods warm with love and dance and laugh and move and wake up and dig our hands in dirt and eat strawberries and draw mindlessly and remember and sing and joke and walk down the same street again and again and make meaning. we are so lucky we get to be and feel and keep going

Part of accepting yourself completely is reframing your mind to make it about you, so that “will they like me?” turns into “will I like them?” and “did they like what I said?” turns into “did I say everything I wanted to say?” Everything you do should ultimately be brought on by what you think is important and by what you want. Not by what you think will be most accepted or most liked.
