Mabel feels tears form in her eyes as Dipper speaks and she can’t help but tackle him into a hug.

“Yeah, He’s gone.” Her voice is hoarse, as her tears flowed down her cheeks.

Bill had ruined their lives. He’s permanently scarred Dipper and caused both of them to go through countless of sleepless nights. (The worst ones are when Dipper goes quiet and she can’t do anything to help him in fear of making things worst. Their parents would never understand.) Bill had ruined their lives, but they were starting to pick up the pieces again.

Mable dreams may be haunted by that horrible man, but right now she’s got one thing that is definitely real and that’s her brother.

Mable can faintly hear the awkward shuffling of Stanford and she hold onto her brother tightly.

“I love you bro-bro.”

“I’m sorry, Grunkle Ford and Bill were WHAT?”

Mabel sighs as she realizes she took the joke too far.

“Yeah, you’re right. I’m sorry. I meant is as a joke but I still shouldn’t have said that. He hurt us.”

He made me hurt you. Was what she didn’t say. She tried to get over it, get over Mableland and Weirdmageddon, but she couldn’t help but blame herself. Dipper had done so much for her and in return she started the apocalypse. Dipper always told her it wasn’t her fault, but maybe all of it was.

He wouldn’t have made the deal with Bill, he wouldn’t have been forced to watch Grunkle Ford be turned to a statue, he wouldn’t have almost been killed multiple times if it wasn’t for her.

Mabel leaned a little more on Dipper, hoping he wouldn’t notice that she tensed up the same way she noticed he did.

“I’m sorry, Grunkle Ford and Bill were WHAT?”

“Cause he was trying to get Grunkle Ford to take over the universe with him! It was totally a last ditch effort for Grunkle Ford’s love!”

Mabel sighs as she leans on Dipper, seemingly unaware of his inner turmoil.

“He didn’t care about anyone else in Gravity Falls, only Grunkle Ford. It’s too bad he sucks as a person, we could’ve had a third Grunkle.”
