This is a general plural question, but this is the most recently active plural help blog I can find, so I hope that's okay.

If I'm in a relationship with several members of a system that views their members as fully separate people, would it be wrong to call this relationship polyamorous? I sort of feel like it would, but I definitely don't think our relationship is monoamorous, and I have trouble understanding labels specifically for plural relationships.

personally I don't think it's wrong, as I think it falls under the polyamorous umbrella. but that is also something that can depend on the system! i'd recommend checking with them if you're worried about making them uncomfortable, but i'm pretty sure they'd be fine with it. if anything, as a system, it would be pretty validating to acknowledge us as separate in such a way!
