susie is the adopted child of the dreemurrs and, after the divorce, stayed with asgore - who has made a good living as a teacher! she sometimes visits toriel who became a baker :-) wields a bow in the dark world as shes a lot more passive.

kris is just a rebellious kid who tends to scare other people (even if not intentionally)... best friends with susie and similar to og susie eats school utensils for funsies

lancer is a "prince from the dark" who wants to fulfill his destiny and help out his buddies along the way. still a bit of a goofball but not as much as in canon dr

ralsei is a prince once again! hes the son of rouxls (who is not an abusive piece of shit in this) and brags a lot about being the greatest dark mage in all of the dark world

noelle is the big nerd who likes literature, but most of all, anything regarding to horror media! she wants to become a famous horror writer when she's older (she's still got a ways to go though...), her dark world design has a ton of elements from horror movie icons. has a dagger

berdly is a shy kid and susie's childhood friend. they're not super close anymore since he's started spending more time with noelle but he does miss playing video games with her sometimes. his main interest is anything regarding vidya games!! maybe has a crush on kris. his cloak is a reference to kingdom hearts help

spamton is a salesman who became a. Heh. Big shot and got to take over most of cyber world due to his extreme success. he recruits berdly and noelle to dominate the entire world with his HOT DEALS and LOW PRICES. has a hard time being taken seriously due to his appearance

queen is the former self-declared monarch of cyber world who was kicked off the throne once spamton and his crew rolled up. lives in a trash container and honestly would do anything just to rule over a single person again...

most of the undertale cast that reappears is just their underswap equivalents (papyrus is the shopkeeper, undyne is the teacher etc etc).
