What..what if it's Jon and Martin in the tunnels?

Given we now know that the tunnels exist it means the panopticon also exists in this universe. When the panopticon was destroyed in TMA everyone in it was sent through the rift in Hilltop Road which is how we end up with Chester, Norris, and Agustus. But the thing is, where are their bodies? The computers at the OIAR hold their consciousness, but their bodies seem to be gone. Now, in order for Jonah Magnus to bodyswap his original body needed to be alive to some capacity. Similarly, in Episode 65 of TMA Sergey Ushanka downloads his mind onto a computer but his body remains outside of it, alive, but just barely. My theory is that when Jon and Martin got sent through Hilltop their minds and bodies got separated somehow. And since the last place they were was the panopticon, that must be where they still are.
