Chandler not agreeing to do something Monica asks - proof positive 7/534 that he's not a pushover and doesn't get 'bossed around' by a 'domineering' Monica. Instead, he sees that she's concerned and anxious and tries to show her with sarcasm and laughter that she's freaking out over nothing. And when that doesn't work, he does agree to what she asks but has a few ground rules of his own to lay down before he does it.

Monica asks him to check out the woman's bra. But look at the way he goes about it. He doesn't seduce her into taking her shirt off, although that would be easier, he doesn't suggest anything sexual about himself and his wife and this stranger which would be less embarrassing, instead Chandler is an absolute dork and a faithful one to boot.

Chandler is the level headed one, is sensible and, as always, uses his sarcasm to guide others to the realisation that they're being irrational but never actually saying anything derogatory or belittling.

Using "we" not "you," there's no blame or malice in his words or opinion of her, instead he includes himself to soften the blow of what he has to say by supporting her, letting her know he'll support her decision no matter what she decides but he thinks they should leave it alone.

Up on his knees to get involved but not to disempower her, tower over her, or be aggressive.
