hello!! you can acquire the inquisitor outfit once you’ve completed your first playthrough (regardless of difficulty, i think). but if youre looking for something like a model swap, you can take a look at these mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/starwarsjedifallenorder/mods/66 and https://www.nexusmods.com/starwarsjedifallenorder/mods/67.

i havent tried them out so i cant guarantee you the exact same result. note that mods dont work on consoles. hope you find what youre looking for! :D
