Whitney the fallen would be sooooo horny jfc lol
He could be for sure.
I am sticking to a variant of Kylar the Faithful's "corruption," in that with Whitney the Fallen, it can go one of two ways: Whitney will revere you as a savior and start to worship you as such OR you worship him as a new god. With this, he is either Whitney the Worshiper or Whitney the Worshiped.
As a worshiper, Whit would dedicate their time to "serving" you by buying you nice clothes, going out on frequent dates, and (of course) ravishing your body with all types of pleasure, going until you are satisfied. I think there could be a fun mechanic of treating him poorly as a worshiper, either just being an asshole or abusing your power (or both). Having them retaliate against you as "the new savior," recognizing your falsehood, and punishing you themselves for your heresy.
As the worshiped role, he would ask "sacrifices" of you and be more demanding of your time. Failure to meet these demands would incur punishment on the player. I think something similar to the temple's vow could apply here too, Whitney knowing somehow that you have been unfaithful to them (regardless if it was willing or not) and doing something extreme to make an example.
It's still a work in progress and things may change in the future, but that's what I have for now :)

Appearance timeline for my Legion gladiator, Styx!
- FTM
- Not related to Major Knight, just has the same last name
- Forced to ‘fight’ in the arena after presumed Infertility (he’s not, just stress, lack of nutrition, etc). His first fight was never supposed to go anywhere, & wasn’t meant to be an actual fight, but he ended up being very good at fighting & very brutal, despite his size. From then they kind of just kept throwing him into the arena.
- Former NCR War Journalist
