Stages of Brainrot
1. Brainrotting over something someone else made
2. Brainrotting over something you made
3. Brainrotting over an AU you made of something someone else made
4. Brainrotting over the multiverse of something someone else made
5. Brainrotting over the multiverse you made of something someone else made
6. Brainrotting over the all-encompassing world origin and system you designed as your depiction of how everything functions and the laws and properties that govern it in a headcanon that pulls together and ties together every AU you made with the general fanon in a cohesive grand design of fiction of something someone else made.
Bonus Points if you lurk like a smitten hermit at the Fandoms and authors/artists of works you love and have headcanons and AUs of their stuff that you love.
Bonus Points if you have ideas that you really want to get out/write down and it's so much that you end up word vomiting to other people without fully being in control or realizing it until you feel the guilt of spontaneous rambling.

Moon is like, one of the most perfect murder puppies that has ever been conceived by fiction. Ever.
Moon will just go off while your sleeping and scar the person who picked on you at work yesterday for life in an intimidation prank inches from becoming a homicide, and then come back at 6am with milk.
Bloodmoon is also in the same vein, but down the path that has zero inhibitions, will make you pancakes and you'll never know he eviscerated the 3 dead in the newspaper last night. Less nocturnal creeps for that park to worry about. Blueberry or chocolate chip?

Who else immediately saw the cupcake and thought of every possible way it can be adapted into AUs.
My Brain: OH cute its a killer cupcake.
Also My Brain: *Mer Au surging to the surface of my thought process* But if he was a clam?
Brain: Genius! *Writes that down*
Meanwhile, in the pile of brainrot: *shakes off the hundreds of junk objects littered in my current mental space* Music box of death? Cupcake variations based on universe, other desserts, small pet creatures that threaten you with several degrees of manslaughter if you even blink at their owner...etc. *continues scribbling madly*

Im feeling an insane amount of pain, anger and loss. I just lost an entire, huge post I was working on in a draft, I didn't realize or even consider that Tumblr does not save the post you are working on i guess unless you manually do so. Or perhaps I idiocally backed out of it and hit discard without realizing it to go open another draft. I had left it open and kept going back and forth from it and opening and closing it without saving, perhaps, that it just didn't and I don't even remember if I even did. My mental health hasn't been the best and it must have slipped my mind even though I knew I needed to save or preserve it somehow, due to my stupid issues and own idiocy.
I worked on an incredibly long AU post for the DCA and the fact that it just vanished breaks my heart. Advice to anyone using this app or anything, a reminder really (my own fault for it being the one time in a while I didn't select all and copy it) to save your stuff periodically, or at elast make sure it's saved. Your creations are precious and they don't deserve to be lost to idiotic errors whether they be technological or human.

馃巸鉁笍馃尀 October Eclipses 馃寷 馃崿 馃巸
Tumblr media
A heads-up for all you DCA lovers out there. Incase you missed the memo, there's 2 Eclipses happening this October.
Whether your an Astrologer or care about events like this, I felt it worth mentioning, especially if someone is missing out. Because 'tis the season to be skrunkly. It's spook time and autumn is slowly finally closing in on the long-constantly-105-degree-weather-(No its just me? Screw me for living in Texas then)-summer heat with gentle breezes that finally make it so midday is not melting our citronella candles outside into swimming pools, and is stable at a much more comfortable average of 80 degrees, help.
But my rant of living in one of the most notoriously hot non-explicitly desert states aside. Suspend your disbelief fellow jester enthusiasts. Because not only is there going to be 2 Eclipses, its going to be a Solar AND a LUNAR eclipse. The first time I searched it, Google chose the caption, and I quote - "A double celestial treat for astronomers" to pull from. It can't get more fitting than that.
For those of you who don't know the dates, the Solar Eclipse will be tomorrow, on the 14th at 2pm, and the Lunar one on the 28th at 4pm.

If Moon and Sun were comfort foods...
Moon would be a cup of hot chocolate, normally hard but it melts when you warm it and is as smooth and dark as the blanket of night over a slumbering heartbeat, and a sprinkle of marshmallows to sweeten your dreams, echoing their moniker in soft shapes of plush starlight
Sun would be macaroni cause of the endless shapes and childhood delight along with the many kinds of cheese and maybe trying something that isn't supposed to be used as sauce...but no matter because it takes you back to the bliss of innocence.

The longer we gaze at stars the more we feel. The more we realize that some part of them is alive and part of who we are.
Perhaps it is this connection that cannot be described with words that is part of the reason we are possible in the first place. Whatever cosmic threads wove into time, then matter, light, and sound, heat and finally something emerged from this place that can only be described as Being. When it happened, how and why are eternally scattered. But the dots all form lines, the lines create shapes, and those shapes are constellations. They are our veins, our very link to that which cannot be explained or touched but we can feel them all the same. Running through us and lifting a part of us that knows that us and those stars, we are the same.
Whether a giant borne of the void, a chemical coalesced into being or a life that has emerged from this existence we cannot imagine beyond the cast dark. We are also part of it. We are all the dust of a greater star. In turn those stars are made of many things that without each other would seem small, simple and unimportant. But it is that unknown which propels us, even when we don't know the equation or the science behind it. Life is something more than substance, and maybe that itself is the answer, that life is simply more than the sum of its parts and that is what makes it special.
Duality and similarity dominate the knowledge of forces with which we view the world through, it is a little known fact that those lenses are part of a trine, and only with the rule of neutrality can this existence truly bridge the gaps between the mundane, the inexplicable, and the divine.
It is only by acknowledging the pieces that e can ever hope to understand the whole. We are beings that are more than blood and at the same time something that is centered on something. What it is we might not understand, but that isn't a bad thing. We have our whole lives to find out what that means to us after all.
