Steve From “Blue’s Clues” Just Checked In On “The Kids He Raised” And Gave Them A Safe Space To Offload After Donald Trump’s Election Victory.
Interestingly, Steve doesn’t even speak in the 59-second video, but appears to give viewers a comforting presence as he enters the outdoors shot and “offers them” a hot drink.
And many of the comments thanked Steve for offering them this safe space, with one person writing: “As a trans man, I felt this to my core. I took the breath with you then started bawling. Thank you.”
“The man who is a staple of my childhood didn’t say a single word and it brought me to tears. Steve, thank you. I don’t know where we go from here,” somebody else wrote.
Another popular comment reads: “He didn’t say A WORD and said everything at the same time. This man should be guarded at all costs.”
“Neither of my dads checked in on me today. But you did Steve. Thank you,” one more acknowledged.
“So much responsibility on Steve’s hands to make sure we are okay. We need to make sure he’s doing okay too. I mean I’m not doing great, but he’s still looking after the kids he raised,” somebody else added.
While another concluded: “I bet you didn’t think you’d still be raising us all these years later, Steve, but thank you for still being here.”

When I had my first period, I was very afraid. I knew what it was, but I still wasn't prepared, so i was scared
So I'm a strong believer in properly informing and preparing every FAB (female at birth) child for their eventual first period
I hate this weird ideal people have that periods are gross or sexual, and shouldn't be taught. Because it ultimately will just set up FAB children for fear and stress when their first eventually happens
So I drew this poster that I like to imagine is somewhere in the daycare bathroom, to show all children that it's normal, and FAB children what to do when they get one :]

This is your friendly reminder that herbs aren't inherently safe.
Natural doesn't mean Safe.
Lightning is natural. Opium, therefore heroin and opiate drugs are derived from poppies. Cinnamon oil will burn your skin. Lilies are toxic to cats and will cause organ failure. Activated charcoal will neutralize your prescription medications and literally anything else in your system. St. John's Wort will destroy your serotonin production and mess with your happiness threshold if it DOESNT KILL YOU FIRST.
So anyway.
Do some damn good research every time you go to eat, breathe, bring around your pets, bathe in, or smoke something. Be safe please.

World War II
No one ever talks Abt the experiments that happened, like how some guy convinced the government to spend 2 million tax dollars on bat bombs
Actual bats with bombs attached
The reason they didn't do it? Because it took too long :)
#weird history#history#forgotten history#animals#bats#i have just a huge book full of unsual facts help#a sprinkle of the tism

I unfortunately live in a world that I expect to barely live, I'm 17. I didn't expect to make it this far and now that I have I want to make sure I live a life I can love, but that's me seeing through 50 different layers of rose tinted lens. I'm agender, and so many people don't even know that term exists yet the very idea of being out the gender (and sexual/romantic) norm could immediately put me on somebody's blacklist. I know I'll die one day, but I hope that I can fight and protect every day that I live, even if my life is cut short for it.
