"15,6,4,2.." The little girl counted as she jumped up and down the stairs, her blonde curls bouncing against her shoulders. Her tourette syndrome had been getting much worse, and it was becoming progressively harder to hide it from her parents. To keep it secret, Isabella would do things like jumping and counting or imagining about wonderland when her parents weren't home. As she attempted to jump three steps at once, the little girl fell onto her knees, causing more bruises to be added to the dozens on her legs and arms, and lucky for her, she was wearing a sundress that did not reach below her knees. "Ow." The little girl whispered, rubbing her legs tentatively where the pain was. Her head snapped up as she heard the sound of the front door opening, and Isabella stood up quickly, sighing as she saw her mother standing at the door. "Hi momma!" Isabella yelled with fake enthusiasm, hoping that she wouldn't notice the many bruises on her exposed legs.
