A Hero Can Save Us

I did a back to back update a bit ago for chapter 2. It'll start at zero & chapter 3. One for the books!

Ch2. A day at work is cut short when Blake is ushered out of the lab of her part-time job, so she gets a ride home from Yang. On the way, Yang sees that Blake's slight fever from earlier has doubled, so she makes her friend some much needed soup and sends her off to bed. After resting, Blake makes a shocking discovery that she's now able to rip apart her kitchen with accidental ease.

Ch3. Blake begins noticing more strange changes in herself after recovering from her illness. A conversation with Weiss over tea leads to a deeper exploration of these unusual abilities when a recurring headache shows itself, revealing more than Blake expected while in public. Later, back at home, another unexpected accident leaves her both amazed and increasingly unsettled about what’s happening to her at the cost of her bookshelf now.

Synthetic Blood: Blood of the Covenant

3 weeks prior to the beginning of Synthetic Blood, Lena was invited by Lillian to enjoy a nice family meal with her older brother Lex. Its been a while since she's seen him in between her work at L-Corp, hanging out with Kara and their friends , then she was still working on her personal pet project of synthesizing human blood to make it easier to distribute among her kind for food and for medical use for the humans to use in emergencies. Lex, of course, is Lex and kills the vibe.

I wanted to paint a picture of how this version of Lex treats everyone, so take this with my thanks of reading in advance! *throws this at your feet and runs into a door on the way out*

Synthetic Blood

After taking over her father's company, Lena Luthor spends her time trying to develop a safe man-made synthetic blood for medical science and maybe for herself and her kind too, of course.

You see, Lena is technically human but also technically a vampire, well more of a half-vampire that's more or less human except for her extra abilities. As she tries to develop a blood substitute, her brother Lex attempts to steer her away from the light and back down a dark path that has always beckoned her to walk down. OR Lena finds herself in a messy situation, and a certain Kryptonian happens to call at the wrong time.

A Bullet for L Ch 4!!

Begining of Fic summary:

Lena is tired and mentally exhausted from a long day of meetings, she throws on a pair of soft sweats and fluffy socks to wind down to hopefully start her long-awaited marathon of Fringe. Sadly the universe thought better and decided to start off her night of relaxation with one of Lex's assassins who rudely breaks a brand new cup with a missed shot from his rifle off in the building away from hers. Will she stick it out on her own or call in her ex-best friend and superhero to save the night?

I made chapter 4 nearly 5k since it took me three years to update! Sorry about that!

There once was a man trying to make a point about the kitchen. "The sink!" He said "the sink is the single most important thing in the kitchen! It washes, it provides drinking water! It helps you prepare all of your meals and cleans your dishes for you after! The sink is the most important!"

"However," said a stranger coming through the crowd "you are forgetting about the countertop. It holds everything in the kitchen together. You prepare your food and serve your food ON the countertop. Even your prescious sink would have no where to be if it weren't for the countertop!"

The man was stunned. He wasn't prepared for a counterargument

Update: A Bullet For L!!

Okay! To those who still follow me for updates and blurbs I'm happy to say that chapter 4 is in progress of being written after... *checks watch* too damn long!

Soooo, I got at least 800 words so far and I'll have more consistent updates for this chapter so y'all are in the loop.
