i checked my tumblr inbox for the first time in AGESSS and im blown away by the sweet messages ppl have left throughout the 5476844678 years i havent been active here....(+ some that i saw before and never replied yet)...i dont think ill be able to reply every message, esp since honestly so much has changed since i last used this account or was even active in the bts fandom (i still love bts and dionysus is my fav new track! but im not active in the fandom anymore. anime claimed me.) so theres not much i can say or remember now that would be that helpful to people...but in general:

to anyone who’s sent me any asks about tyk, thank you so so much genuinely from the bottom of my heart!!! it sounds cliche and u probably wont see this but im so grateful and really warmed by the messages....literally ive screenshotted some to keep for myself forever lmaO...you guys make me never, ever want to give up writing. thank u so much for liking what ive made and taking the effort to deliver those messages to me ;;

to people who have questions about the fic, im sorry but it’s been so long since i wrote it that the me of today is no longer a reliable source of information...if youve seen the tyk extras on this blog, and answers to other asks, take those as the extent of information for that story. it still has a very special place in my heart and i will never regret writing it, but i’ve moved on too far from the person i was then.

to people asking about spoilers regarding the major character death tag of the fic, i’ll answer under the readmore (to protect anyone else from spoilers! though this fic is like so old idk if anything is even a spoiler anymore):

in the fic, taehyung’s life is the one that seems “threatened” but ultimately jeongguk is the one who dies. his death is not shown explicitly in the fic, and only occurs basically right at the end. as the first line says, this is a story about living, so i wanted to focus on the living part of it!
