This is my favorite canon Drow art there is, it's from 'Menzoberranzan, city of intrigue' and it depicts a mother showing her two daughters Narbondel as the city's archmage lights it up for the day

Most Drow art shows nobles or soldiers being in some sort of conflict or about to ambush someone so it's nice to see simpler moments like this one

immrens new playthrough is making me happy to think about since i’m doing a “good” playthrough for achievement reasons but also gives me an excuse to finally give him an ending that isn’t so sad. (his canon ending is the durge suicide ending 😔)

establishing himself freed from bhaal doesn’t mean he isn’t any less evil, no. he loves being cruel. but i think he literally needs a break from that lifestyle and being professor dekarios’ trophy husband in endgame can be that break. LOL he would also lose his warlock class and just end up being a sorcerer, so no outside force is controlling him from within.

but yeah i just think after everything in his life, he deserves a softer romance and comfort but maybe im biased bc i love him so much.

2. Describe their tent setup! What’s on the outside? The inside?

i ended up answering this already but i actually didn’t talk much about what would be on the outside of his tent :D

- depending on how he feels, he moves his little seat cushion outside if it’s not too sunny and he wants to do his little hobbies out of the tent.

- i think it’d be reallyyy cute if immren had his own little garden where he grows plants for his poisons. ^_^

- has a mushroom log he likes to sit on sometimes. it also houses all sorts of bugs.

- has a little mirror for when he starts caring about his hair more.

- more skulls and bones and maybe a decapitated head of the day that he’d be in the process of peeling the skin and hair off. the other companions don’t like this.

29. What fears keep them up at night?

ohhhh he has existential dread for sure. he knows what his purpose in life is, but when he starts getting influenced that he can be more than what he was born to be, then he gets scared about all the possibilities of what he could become.

he will die for bhaal but he can’t let it be soon because that would mean his entire existence has been a failure. bhaal can literally stop his heart at will or turn him into a mindless breeding murder machine, and immren fears that bhaal can read his thoughts and sense his complicated feelings when he starts feeling like a person.

he wants to be used and wanted by anyone he deems worthy, and so to feel undesired and unimportant is another one of his fears… aughh he’s so sad i love him

i have to complain about overwatch again. i’m sorry followers i know 99% of you don’t care.

but anyways, i really cannot stand the way blizzard has been doing mythic skins. which if you don’t know what mythic skins are, they’re a customizable skin for a character. the first four mythic skins were really cool, because you can customize the skin in any way and it still looked cool.

the fifth mythic skin added was tracer and the theme of that season was basically dungeons and dragons, and they did something different where you would get a level of customization for tracer the more you progressed through the battlepass. and at the time i thought it was cute and made sense because d&d, ya know? like tracer’s first level of customization seemed like she was level 1 bc of it looking kind of plain. and then it looked cooler and had more effects at a higher level.

then blizzard kind of just fucking kept that for every mythic skin afterwards so there’s actually not much customization for the skins besides the colors. like obviously people are going to choose the cool effects for the character, so there’s no variety and it’s driving me crazy that i haven’t seen people talking about how crappy it’s been. UGH
