Just a small dialogue prompt abt Diluc trying to be there for his adoptive brother after a dare that didn’t end well for Childe. (Found this in my notes— attempt at humor)

Scene - Diluc at the waiting room/Kaeya busting through the doors, frantic.

Kaeya: Where is he!?

Diluc: In the emergency room.

Kaeya: Let’s go! *attempts to pull Diluc*

Diluc: Kaeya, wait—

Kaeya: He’s waiting for me! I need to go see him.

Diluc: Not like this. Come on. You’re in a frenzy right now. You need to calm yourself for a bit.

Kaeya: Childe is in that room! Fighting for his life!

Diluc: Pretty boy stubbed his toe, big deal. He fell off the second floor and broke his leg. That’s it. He’s not going to die Kaeya.

Kaeya: But he was crying in pain!

Diluc: Whining in pain.

Kaeya: He broke his bones! Diluc!

Diluc: You didn’t cry when you broke mine…

Kaeya: Can you let me be a concerned friend just for once!? *cries on the floor* this is all my fault.

Diluc: Yes yes, now stop your crying before the girls find us like this. Too late, Lisa already took a pic of them on the floor and Jean was shaking her head— trying to hold back a giggle.
