One of the worse feelings is feeling sleepy, tired & groggy in the entire day time due to taking Benadryl caused by allergies...... yup I hate it!! 😒🙄😑🤦🏽‍♀️

I absolutely love that feeling you get after coming out of the gym..... you know that fatigue sore in your muscles feeling yea I love it! It makes me feel accomplished & like I achieved my goals!! 💪🏼😉👍🏼🙌🏼
