I mean how couldn't I... from the fabulous light shows to Saks even allowing their, very own, patrons to grace their windows, I'd be silly not to step in even for a snapshot! Has Saks got you sick, because you can't make it into the city? Well, have no fearImagine Fashion is here, SHOP SAKS NOW!

What's that we hear? Miu Miu gracing the marvelous Avenue des Beaux Arts, in the principality of Monaco? Well then, no complaints here as Miu Miu has finally made its way to Monaco and shining in all its glory. Designed by Architect Roberto Baciocchi, the store is 90 square meters of Miu Miu marvels. Dressed like a "sophisticated jewelry box", the walls are draped in curtains lost in thought to furniture withholding leather goods and footwear. After a bit of sole searching, your eyes fall upon the ready-to-wear area that defines sophistication. BUT, even before entering this coveted heaven, crowds are captivated by the store's entrace; displaying "two imposing windows, framed in glossed steel with brass studs, and brown marble bands with backlit logos, located above the entrance", if you're not captivated - you're OBVIOUSLY crazy! Can't make your way to Monte Carlo? SHOP MIU MIU NOW!

CONFIRMED: Alexander Wang cements his position as Creative Director at Balenciaga. PPR released that “Wang has responsibility for designing the brand’s women’s and men’s ready-to-wear and accessories collections, as well as for Balenciaga’s image." FINALLY, we can rest assure to the slew of rumors following Nicolas Ghesquière's not-so-fashionable exit. After bidding farewell to Ghesquière's 15 years of hard work, we're on the edge of our seats trying to figure out where Wang will take the brand, not to mention Kristen Stewart (a die hard fan of the label). Will Wang add his edge and take the brand to new heights, redefining its legacy? Is he going to let the brand marinade in its elegance and class, and let its reputation live on? All I know is I'll be the first to say that Wang will not disappoint; after receiving GQ's 2011 Best New Menswear Designer in America, the young designer has a lot to live up to. Can't lie though, we’re excited to see this spectacle unravel. Gracious for this elite promotion, Wang said, "I am deeply honoured to embark on this new role for a brand and house that I have such great admiration and respect for." While we wait for this show to unravel, SHOP ALEXANDER WANG.

A girl can NEVER have too many shoes! And seeing as I have been sole searching quite a bit lately, I couldn’t help but express my adoration for the bedazzling beauties. What do I mean by ‘bedazzling beauties’? Blinged out shoes, of course, because what girl doesn’t like a little bling? Too much sparkle never hurt anyway and it's the perfect touch to our princess appeal.
Embarrassing Confession: Every time I try on a pair of shoes I act like Cinderella, and if the shoe doesn’t fit… I’m not buying it! Just kidding, I just move on to the next pair. And, considering the first time I tried on my first pair of bedazzling beauties (cc: Sergio Rossi Crystal Cutout Shoe Bootie) they didn’t fit, but I couldn’t pass them up…. NEXT SIZE PLEASE! Here’s a snapshot of all the blinged out soles I’m craving at the moment, after you get passed drooling, treat yourself to a pair - we all have a little Cinderella in us, after all.

Deck the halls with bows of holly, fa la la la laaa blah blah blah. I’ve never been one for singing so I’ll cut that short. Though I’m always down for a good dance I don’t want my awesome sprinkler to outshine Printemps, because this year, Paris’ elite department store has spiced up their Christmas displays with one of Paris’ favorite House: Christian Dior, treating the pretty people of Paris to the visual delight of window-shopping! Throwing a grand fete in every window, Dior showcases their haute couture, must-have handbags, and timeless collections. Excited to dance around the displays when I touchdown in Paris this Turkey day, Printemps CEO Paolo De Cesare has declare: “It has been one of the most creative collaborations we have done with brands, and I think it’s really setting the standard of what’s possible between brands and a department store.” Teaming up with Dior for their windows and Carine Roitfield for their holiday campaign, Printemps is looking pretty in Paris this holiday season. NO GRINCHES ALLOWED!

With all the madness over Mother Nature and Mr. President, I wouldn’t mind a heart-warming hot chocolate with a side of holiday spirit! With my favorite season quickly approaching, all my favorite stores are unveiling their anything but Grouchy Grinch window displays! Yet another reason to celebrate, stores are now going ALL OUT to unveil their dedicated Christmas windows and although I thought Barney’s would be my favorite (still pending release!), Louis Vuitton in Paris spared no expense for creating a winter wonderland; a winter wonderland fit for a princess! Elephant-back on Dumba, the electric elephant, Model LouLou Robert stomped her way storefront, pulling the switch out of its socket and illuminating Boulevard Haussmann, officially inaugurated the Holiday Season in Paris. Inviting us to “The Ball of the Century”, Philippe Houze (Galeries Lafayette Chief Executive) and Roberto Eggs (Louis Vuitton Nordic President) unveiled the displays; beyond breathtaking was an array of exotic animals congregating around Louis V’s lavish leather goods, ready-to-wear, and luggage. Giving a new definition to luxury, even I can’t help feeling like a princess.

After two successful years in business, Moda Operandi is getting frisky and heading to Brazil. Virtually, you may ask? NO honeybuns - it's all about the pop-up now! Set to open a pop-up shop in São Paulo in the posh Cidade Jardim Mall, Moda is teaming up with Brazilian bombshell blogger Alice Ferraz to bring the joys of British fashion to Brazil. With the likes of Jonathan Saunders, Matthew Williamson, Charlotte Olympia, Nicholas Kirkwood and Ostwald Helgason, Brazil is on its way to becoming as stylish as the fashionistas transatlantic. I wish I could say bring it on Brazil, but Moda's got the cue to say it for now!

Just in time to gobble, gobble, the ladies of Washington D.C. will be graced with an added support system this season, thanks to self-made billionaire Sara Blakely. Founder of the Spanx and savior to every lady’s slimming figure (don’t pretend you don’t own a pair), Blakely will finally be expanding her multimillion business into her own bricks and mortar location. Leaving behind her folding table display in the foyer of Neiman Marcus used at the start of her entrepreneurship, the life-saving, waist-sucking, slimming undergarments are now being treated to their own devoted place of worship in the upscale mall in McLean, Virginia. So what does that mean to the ladies - and gentlemen - of D.C.? That they’ll finally have the opportunity to stock up on just about anything for that instant $98.00 instant tummy-tuck, and then some. With THE food coma of the year in less than twenty days, I’d say perfect timing; just give me till Black Friday to get my full-figured silhouette into next month’s holiday dress - no matter the price.
