I wish I could explain how important it is to me that they showed Sam changing her transdermal patch twice! As someone with a chronic wound that I have to tend to every other day, it's so nice to see her changing it out in its entirety, showing the whole process, seeing on her face the weight this carries. My wound is such a large part of my life, I live with it everyday and every night and every second and every always. I don't like it, but it's a part of me, and I have to deal with it. I felt so SEEN watching her care for herself medically, and I don't know if that makes a lot of sense, but it does to me. I don't get a scene change or a fade to black when I have to clean it, and I'm so glad Mr. Sarnoski didn't cut away at all or shy away from it. It was a small detail that really stuck with me, a glimpse at her day to day life that is representative of a lot of people, but that I hardly if ever see portrayed in media.

THEY PLAYED A MUSICAL THEME (at exactly 39:48) IN "Boom" THAT WAS THE FIRST FEW NOTES OF YOUNG AMY'S THEME AND AT THE END THE DOCTOR SAID HIS FAVORITE FOOD WAS FISH FINGERS AND CUSTARD!! You cannot get anything past me, Mr. Moffat, nice try
