I will get there one water fast and one nutritious whole food meal at a time. 5’3 ~350. Might be lower might be higher I haven’t weighed myself in months. If I reach 130 I’ll be a normal weight for the first time ever, to start I’d be happy at 280-260 again. Just going to keep chipping away at it.

My Zoloft works as an appetite suppressant so I think I’m going to only eat with my morning meds. That’s it for the day. The more I can skip and the more liquid meals I can get away with the better. Coffee or tea for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch, coconut water or tea for dinner. Watered down tomato soup or broth if I’m desperate. I can do this. I can shrink away now that he’s gone and he’s not checking in on me. I’m alone now and I can finally do what needs to be done again. I graduate in 8 months. I want to be 260 then. I’d settle for 280 considering idk what I weigh right now but 260 I think I could wear my old homecoming dress to graduation and look beautiful.

Years later as desolate as this app may be, I’m going to try to track my progress here where my husband won’t find it. I don’t want to make him upset. I don’t even know what I weigh, I’m not going to check. I’m just going to try to do everything I can to get down to a lower weight again. I’ll be able to tell my progress by my clothes and how I feel. I do not want to become obsessive with numbers again. I will eat whole nutritious foods only when hungry and only after trying to fill up on fluids first. Water, coconut water, ice tea, and iced coffee. Then fruit and veggies, then soup or meat. I want to start with a 36 hour fast to just start shrinking my stomach back down. I have not eaten since dinner, I don’t remember the time exactly but I know it was before 8pm. So I’m going to go with 8 pm and try to fast (with exception of water or iced tea) until 8am Sunday. This is perfect because working night shift tonight I won’t eat, I’ll take melatonin gummies tomorrow to sleep, continue to sleep at night with more gummies, and then it’ll be Sunday. I’ll break my fast with some cucumbers or a light progresso soup. It’s Mother’s Day so if I see mom or grandma I’ll just snack on fruit.

literally so cheap to buy a popsicle mold and i always have diet coke anyways. it helps make me feel fuller because of the cold/getting to chew and suck on something and it can take a while to eat.
the best part is obviously that it has zero calories 😍😍
