It’s okay to fall down, it’s okay to not feel happy 100% of the time, hell, it’s okay to not want to get out of bed because you’re so goddamn tired of everyone and thing that you feel as though one singular bad thing could cause to spiral into a deeper depression and suicidal thoughts. 

I’m not saying that you can never be happy or excited about anything, because that’s definitely not the case! There are tons things and people that can make life worth living, and I could name at least ten I have. But what I am saying is that, in case you’re doom scrolling on tumblr and need to hear this, everything will be okay. You are amazing. You deserve the best in life. You are so strong and courageous to make it this far in this hellscape of a society that treats you like utter shit.
