Pan seared potatoes with caramelized onions
Carmelize onions n set aside
Season small cut potatoes with white pepper and salt
Oil in cast iron skillet medium heat add potatoes in one layer cover for 10-20 minutes checking every 5 min
When tender and eared flip and sear other side for a few minutes on medium high
Add chopped garlic butter and carmalized onions stir on medium high for ~5 min

Cocktail recipes but I don't know the official names of drinks so it's just ingredients
1/3 grey whale gin, 2/3 lemonade, muddled blackberries+ rosemary
1/3 iron fish slightly lost gin, 1/3 tonic or soda water 1/3 lemonade, sliced sugared strawberries and basil
1/3 whiskey 2/3 mead blended with frozen strawberries

Farmers market went hard
One half English muffin w broccoli sprouts hummus and fresh onion and one half with melted Swiss cheese and caramelized onion. Both were so delicious I can't decide which one was my favorite.

Made little meringues from chickpea water they're vanilla lime flavored and pretty great!
I wish I mixed in the lime zest and used a tad bit less sugar. Next time I want to try lemon and strawberry flavor but I'm very happy w these
#i also made fake ice cream by putting some in the freezer w extra lime zest stirred in and its delicious#put some in the fridge too to see what the texture would be like#very fun experiments

Breakfast and lunch ☺️ bee pollen fresh pomegranate and frozen berry smoothie. Lunch was diy avocado toast w caramelized shallots green onion turkey baby Swiss red pepper and fried eggs w garlic. Huge meal for me and I ate almost the whole thing!
#yayyyy food#trying to eat intuitively is very difficult for me making little build it yourself meals is rlly helpful imo#it takes me multiple hours to eat a full meal like this but its better than not eating!
