In a distant past, somewhere on some fictitious isles on the coasts of Africa, four kings ruled over the four isles that make up a realm. But things were to change, and that which men once held sacred was to be shunned as ambitions seethed and suspicions became subjects of whispered conversations.

An ambitious writer accepts an assignment to find a missing boy. He was never to know that the seemingly easy task would lead him into a den of gun-wielding gangsters, onto the path of an ex-drug dealer on a quest for vendetta, and into a world where quarrels are settled with blazing guns and lies are a necessary virtue for survival. To survive, he must have to become a man he had never known himself to be. A thriller set in contemporary Nigeria.
