Little guy’s feeling under the weather so we spent all day watching Hulu, napping, and eating cough drop suckers. Ru brought dinner over before her shift at the hospital and when she knelt to pick him up to say bye, he dropped one of the soggy sucker sticks in the pocket of her scrubs. The son child is with his Mama today, so here’s a memory: during Gabe’s first birthday party, my sister was trying to get a family picture of me, Ru, and the birthday boy himself. Instead, she got a picture of Gabe sneezing in Haru’s face and me nearly falling on my ass because it scared me.
