Izuku will randomly do a flying leap at Tenya at any given moment cause Tenya is strong and will pick him up no matter what he's doing or what he's holding. Ochako gets in on it and sometime her and Izuku launch themselves at Tenya for him to lift both of them up. It's always a dramatic thing. When Shouto becomes friends with the rest of the izucrew he also launches himself at Tenya so now Tenya has 3 people to lift up which he does without issue. Tenya at first pretends to be annoyed but as time goes on he can't help but be fond of his 3 best friends and their shenanigans.
