how i maneged to lose 16kg by still eating 2 meals a day
i want to start by saying that 3 years ago i weighed 56kg, and and 2 years ago i reached my lowest weight, 40kg. Here’s how i did it:
• i set a rule in my mind: never eat everything on the plate, make sure to always leave something there
• make sure to exercise quite often, that’s what made me reach the 40kg milestone
• starve when you can, it doesn’t have to be everyday, but if you have the possibility, do it
• take pictures of your body every time you feel like you’re making progress
• if for example you want an oreo, eat it, that’s not gonna make you gain weight, but you have to stop at 1/2 if you go past that you’re probably gonna binge
• don’t have breakfast, that’s gonna make you bloated for the whole day, just have lunch and dinner
• when you go out always say you’ve already eaten
• eat foods that make you go to the bathroom often (no fat yogurt, cherries, spinach ecc)

Friendly reminder that it is biologically impossible for you to gain weight if you ate under your maintenance (average being 2000 c@ls) and the only way to ga¡n 1kg (2.2 ibs) is eating 7.7k c@ls OVER your maintenance (making it almost 10k c@ls in a single day.)

edit: i get that your bmr/rmr is lower but thats when youre RESTING. Youre doing so many small activities during the day that burn a lot of calories that youre not taking into account!!!
