I hate this, I’m constantly bloated and I’m loosing SO much definition in my face, like my face is massive. I was willing to try and get better but it’s just constant hunger (which I know is normal) but i can’t do it anymore I hate it I’m going back to before

Okay new plan

When I get out of here I’m going to do this more safely, as much as I wanna ⭐ve myself and js do it like that, I DONT want to end up here again. I’m still going to restrict the hell out of myself, and ⭐️ve when I can, but I’m going to eat healthier, therefore when I do it, it’s good stuff that won’t make me gain weight. I’ll work out more, whether that’s going out on long walks, going for a run, or home workouts. I’m trying to convince my mum to let me go to a gym but rn that’s difficult.

My New Year’s resolution was to loose a shit Tom of weight, and that still stands, just because we’ve had a bit of a shit start doesn’t mean anything
