Chapter I: When did this kid get here?

“Let me get this straight,”

“You're telling me this random kid just-” Elliot waves his hands around, face ridden with confusion and disbelief as he tries to find the words.

“-Spawned?! HERE?!” the support gapes. TwoTime nods silently, thoughts fizzling from the present moment to their god. They should be praying right now, they usually do it at this time.

“Y’know… the kiddo looks a lot like you, Time.” Chance comments, a smirk forming on their face. Noob turns to the gambler with a curious look, taking a few quick glances between TwoTime and the child before quickly catching on.

“TwoTime, is this your secret love child?” Noob blurts, the statement abruptly jostling the cultist out of their own head. 

“Wha—” Twotime stammers, quickly turning to the partygoer in complete shock. “N-no! What in spawns name are you on about?!”

“Whoah, you think so too?” Chance gasps mockingly.

“Who’s the father? Wait, lemme guess. Azu-”

“THEY ARE NOT MY OFFSPRING CHANCE!” The cultist fumes, face dusted with red and winged ears fanning out furiously. 

“Hmm~ Why don’t we let the kid be the judge of that?” The gambler points to the small child on the ground eating gummy worms while sitting crisscross applesauce.

Leaf lifts their head, taking a few looks around the room before pointing at themselves with a cocked eyebrow.

“…Me?”

“Yeah! Are ya this creep's little guy kiddo?” Chance asks, kneeling down to the dumbfounded child's level.

“Uhm… I dunno. They do feel familiar though.” Leaf responds hesitantly. Twotime turns to the child, how were they familiar to him?

“Familiar ay’?” Chance turns his head to the cultist,

“I think the kid’s yours, Timey~”

TwoTime tenses up, face turning 4 shades deeper every second. They open their mouth to speak, but quickly shut it as Elliot places a hand on their shoulder.

“Just let it go, TwoTime…” the employee sighs, shaking his head disappointedly.

“The idiot’s just trying to get a rise out of you.”

The cultist begins inhaling shallowly, pressing their palms against their face and subtly kneading their skin.

They should not be the one taking care of this kid. Considering how unstable they are on their own and what they’ve done in the past… If they take responsibility for this child, the probability of them doing something they will regret increases. They don’t like the idea of a child being influenced by their way of life and ideologies, let alone their lack of social skills…

TwoTime sharply exhales, dropping their hands to their side as a smile returns to their face.

“Although Leaf finds me familiar for some odd reason, I advise that it would be best if someone else became his guardian. I’m certain you all agree I am not fit for parenting-“ The cultist starts.

“You named them Leaf?” Noob questions.

“They found me in a pile of leaves,” Leaf shrugs.

“Wow, real creative name TwoTime.” Chance comments sarcastically.

“Can we please stay on topic?” TwoTime’s visible eye twitches, one of their winged ears flicking out briefly and tail swishing side to side in an aggravated manner.

“Yeah yeah, whatever you say.” The gambler obliges, rolling their eyes as they flip their lucky coin. Elliot sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose and shaking his head like a tired father hearing his child say “it’s not a phase dad,” after he told them to stop blasting rock music from their room at 3am. Oddly specific description, but hey, it works.

“I’m guessing you want one of us to take care of him instead, right?” The employee inquires. TwoTime nods. Albeit, a little too desperate than how they want to.

“…I don’t want anyone else to take care of me if TwoTime isn’t gonna be there.” Leaf reluctantly speaks up, hugging their knees as they look to the floor. Elliot pauses, turning to the child. 

“Hhhhhhhhghhhhhhhhh… It’s too early for this…” he groans, slugishly making his way over to the child and sitting on the ground near them.

“Look—I know this place is scary and TwoTime is the only one you recognize here for whatever reason… but if they’re not sure they can take care of you, you're better off letting one of us do it instead—“

“Why would I let strangers take care of me?” Leaf interrupts abruptly, making TwoTime turn to him in surprise.

“…I mean… Leaf does kind of have a point here, Time…” Noob starts, fiddling with the draw strings of their hoodie.

”You’re the only person here they feel comfortable with right now—I-if any of us took care of them—“ the partygoer pauses, thinking over their words before speaking.

”T-they probably wouldn’t… feel very safe…” they finish, eyes fluttering around the room nervously…

Liek u can't drink when preg so liek did it all just rot for 9 months or smth

Alcohol cant really go bad. Some of it is aged for years, a couple months shouldn’t do much to it.

Have a thing from my double fedora AU

(While forsaken cus most of it is after)

- biblical monster that's impossbly large is ripping open reality to get there

(Killers and survivors are all in one area looking up at this humanoid creature with too many wings eyes and galaxy in the cracks)

- Chance yells hi to it, getting everyone to tell him to shut up

They all look up at it and see it's staring @ them

Chance big waves and yells;

"Hi MOM!"

-everyone is surprised and staring at chance

- chance takes off his tailcoat, fluffs his wings for a second b4 taking off his shades and hat and setting them aside b4 flying off to see the eldritch abomination that is his mom

- everyone is reconsidering life choices or is afraid. Especially itrapped. He wouldn't have betrayed chance if he knew he was related to THAT.

When chance flies back down, he says that "she'll be down in a moment"

- the eldritch creature is now behind chance in a smaller state, the hole in reality slowly repairing itself.

- she aggressively stares @ itrapped. He won't be able to sleep tonight. She will be in his dreams.
