I’m gonna rant about something that really annoys me and I’ve got to say it really quickly I hate heroes of Olympus with alot of passion I feel like the books were to just introduce the Roman mythology and other things that are more important to further books and before you tell me to read trails of Apollo have fun trying to convince me. Ok the problem I have with heroes of Olympus is that I was so siked to read how the defeated Gaia and all that spoiler for those who haven’t read the books still read them because you probably will get something out of it anyways I hated the way the defeated her it was just a waste of potential don’t talk about how it was just for the Roman vs Greeks fight I know and I talked about how I hated it even if Roman mythology is just tuned Greek mythology to fit with the Ancient Romans you think I care about that but they didn’t even talk about them and the different halves. Ok back to how they defeated her it was by Leo and Octavian (a child in an teenage body who had why to much power like current day anything) I’m going to talk about my favourite Percy Jackson universe anything and that’s Magnus chase and the gods of Asgards because I like how the characters were fleshed out and weren’t there because Rick couldn’t write about anything else. The main problem I have with the HOO is the characters and how they didn’t really feel fleshed out and used properly and probably will be used more in TOA but that’s so dumb use the characters you have in one series and write about them not in a different series with an annoying MC as I have heard. Like the relationships the 7 have let’s talk about everyone’s favourite Annabeth what characters did she really connect with was Percy, piper and Hazel and that’s about it which I understand because the characters are like never together there was always a group that focuses on one task and the other stay on the ship we also get iconic moments because of things like this and also the annoying thing with Hazel and Leo which I honestly believed worsened things a lot for the crew and frank as well. If we talk about frank, hazel and piper they only show properly about during this series and get left behind but I understand that these character just wanted to live normal lives like we get to see piper live a normal life and frank and hazel just living together in the city near the Roman camo but it’s also how I feel about a character like Grover someone who gets put aside because he has other important duties like most characters at camp half blood after PJAT12O like my favourite character Clarisse but it’s probably better because anywhere Percy goes he can’t catch a break.
