Ways That Helped Me Lose Weight
,
Food—–
I eat a max of 1500 calories a day. That’s only to lose weight, once I reach my gw (120 lbs), I will start eating a little bit more to maintain that weight.
Most of the time I eat fruits like strawberries, oranges and bananas.
I make smoothies and include almond milk and greek yogurt and spinach. ~300 cals, drinking all of it (a whole cup) makes me full.
Whole grain bread and almond butter (~280 cals) is a good snack when I haven’t eaten enough.
And any protein I can find. Mostly chicken. I also make sure to eat on a smaller plate, measuring stuff correctly and drinking water before a meal to prevent overeating.
I use lifesum app to track stuff (free and premium)
Work outs—-
working out obviously helps you lose weight. I do the chloe ab workout everyday and a bunch of random workouts I feel like for 20 minutes-1 hour in total.
Adding any kind of cardio helps a lot too, I haven’t been able to do so (walking/jogging) outside because Canada is cold.
Make sure to engage your core and keep your body moving!
Fasting—–
I haven’t started yet but I heard good things come from fasting. I’m starting with 16:8, 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating. Do your research before starting!
Try your hardest to not binge! Keep your mind clear and busy yourself and keep the pantry closed when you’re fasting. Keep hydrated!!!
Other——
I did NOT take any supplements or medicine to lose weight. I don’t like putting stuff I know I don’t need in my body.
I started 2 weeks ago at 143 lbs and now am currently 139 lbs. Gotta keep going!!

Workout
So I created some workouts of my own.
Toning Routine
Abs 100 situps + 100 crunches
Arms 100 arm circles
Butt + Legs 100 side leg raises ea side
Fasting Workout
2 hour jog + walk twice a day
Repeat my toning workout twice a day. I will be doing this on days that I fast.
Workout when wanting to overeat
1 hour walk, 1 hour jog + walk, 1 hour jog and my toning workout. Which this one will probably be done a lot because ever since I have been restricting I have been wanting to binge alot. I try not to do it . It doesn't always work.
If you want to try any of these you can but you do not have to these are just the workouts that I like to do. I know it's not very healthy but at this point I don't care so I do them anyway.

workouts
ABS
russian twists: these help for a small waist and with lovehandles. i started to do this a week ago and my waist shrunk two inches!
plank: this is also good for your center abdomen. it will tighten your core and is also good for your whole body
crunches: there are different variations to this. all of them work amazing with fast results.
THIGHS AND BUTT
squats: pretty obvious choice. squats help in growing ur booty and toning your legs.
lunges: lunges are effective for your whole leg and streches your muscles as well
leg lifts: these work amazing for when you aren’t in the mood to work out. they help that thigh gap.
ARMS
push-ups: you can modified these. these are good for extra mass.
arm circles: keep them tight and the burn will be stronger. this is super duper simple and easy to do on a lazy day

bicep/tricep lifts: these work AMAZING. but the soreness the next day is a bit much mm
