                At least it was somebody he knew. Except he didn't have time to explain. He was already on his feet, pulling her with him and then dragging her down the alleyway. A place to hide, a place to hide. And then he noticed a slightly open door and that was good enough for him. He yanked it open, pushing Lydia in first and then following behind her, making sure to quietly shut the door.

                                                                    "Be quiet."

    He was being followed and now she was being followed, too. He would do the best that he could to protect her, but their best chance was to stay quiet until they were no longer in harm's way.

   Hiding in the hallway of the abdoned home, he glanced over at her for a moment, wondering why she had been out so late to begin with. He decided that he would question her later when they weren't in harms way. He was far too busy focusing on the threat outside to notice their surroundings in here-- when he picked up an awful smell coming from further in the building. Eyes narrowed, he looked to where the scent was, keeping his voice low as he spoke. "Do you smell that?"

Since the moment Lydia discovered exactly what she was she’d spent hours upon hours trying to learn more about it. During this process she would also spend time learning about her powers and what she could do with them. It was more than just screaming, a lot more. 

While in the midst of learning reading up on some lore that Stiles had given her she was overcome with an all too familiar feeling. She could stop the empty feeling in the pit of her stomach or the air of death that engulfed her. Before she could realize what had happened she was standing in an alley the stench of blood wafting through the air as her eyes scanned the area. 

                                               ”There has to be a body….”

Words spoken only for herself because she knew how this worked. Scream. Disappear. Find dead body. It was a somewhat simple ordeal but before she could alert anyone she had to find her reason for being there. Stepping forward to take a closer look small frame was suddenly pushed forward and she was crashing to the cold ground below with a thud. Huffing out her frustration she opened her eyes to see Isaac of all people. 

           “What the hell Isaac. Aren’t you supposed to have keen senses?”

             I have to get away.

                So the last thing Isaac thought he'd be doing on a Friday evening was running for his life. Running from what, he wasn't sure. It was too dark to see, even with his extra enhanced vision. He'd been running for a while now-- forty minutes, going on forty-five. He wasn't drained and he'd be able to go for a while longer, but sooner or later, they would catch up. He had a feeling he couldn't outrun them forever.    Turning around a corner, he seen an alleyway coming up and he figured that if he was going to lose them, he'd have to hide. Another sharp turn, and--                             he ran into someone, knocking them both over onto the ground.                                                                          "Shit--"
