I started my journaling just over a year ago and am now onto my 4th book. It was recommended as a good therapy by my psychologist to help with my aphasia/ftd and I hesitantly started. It was a struggle getting started and found it hard to write about my journey. I can say that i now have a great love for writing and my love for fountain pens has grown. I like to believe that it has helped stave off my condition somewhat and hope to maintain my writing for as long as i can as my voice has left me.
