I and other stans tried to lip-read L’s phrases, I think we got it. We just didn't understand N’s phrase at the end.

L was just teasing Nikola during photoshoot repeating phrases of fans, journalists and others standing in front of them (You can see their hands in the beginning). It reminds me of a flirting teenager at school who has a crush on a girl, but doesn't know how to say it straight.😂
