2nd assessment reflection
The report is very well presented and informative.
The research and reference support for you discussions and clinical findings are excellent and support well. There are a few minor statements that lack support, be careful as this weakens the value of the academic value.
The visual representation is excellent and the use of the appendices to support norms tables is very good.
The reliability and validity of each test lacks critique and is very accepting with exception of the bMI which is critiques, but then the question arises why use it? Overall a very good piece of work , clearly meeting all learning outcomes assessed against:the following comments are taken directly from the grading grid and support the grade awarded For my second piece of work I received 68%; it was the first report I had written. It was a different experience compared to writing an assignment. Although it wasn't in the same bracket as my first result I was happy with the mark. It was a learning curve and the feedback helped me identify where I could improve in the future.

Personality Test Results
Your Test Results
Thank you for completing our personality test! Here is a copy of your results:
Personality type:The Executive (ESTJ-A) Individual traits: Extraverted 58%, Observant  58%, Thinking  53%, Judging 56%, Assertive 72% Role: Sentinel Strategy: People Mastery My personality test results did not suprise me. These qualities will be crucial going forward. Extroverted individuals have better leadership qualities, have the ability to work well with people and communicate openly. Assertiveness is the degree to which people speak out and stand up for their own interests when they are not aligned with their own; I believe the mid level of assertiveness is pivotal in forging a successful career and respectful relationships. These skills along with Observance, thinking and judging will all be skills required in the career of a nutritionist.

VARK Results Reflection
Unfortunately my VARK screenprint of the results was lost due to a computer malfunction These results have not really surprised me although I did think I would have scored slightly higher on the visual score. As a health professional being aural is important, discussing information and educating people is pivotal in the role. Moreover, questioning and debating in lectures will help to develop these skills further. I scored high on aural and kinaesthetic; these skills I am naturally adept at. My job role will involve creating diet and exercise plans, therefore being able to explain and demonstrate routines will be key to obtaining successful results. I need to develop my visual and reading/writing skills and will work at improving these.

P.D.P Assignment feedback and reflection
A excellent use of academic sources to direct and develop your discussion on PDP.
You have used sophisticated manipulation of your findings to evaluate the sector and shown insightful application of this to support you as an undergraduate entering the sector.
Excellent presentation and structure, coherently discussed and applied to PDP throughout.
A very mature piece of work reflecting excellent academic skills at level 4 of your programme.
Do try to keep focus and manage your breadth and width of reading to relevance in future papers, this is not a critique just an observation of the preparation.
Keep this up, great start.
I was pleasantly surprised when i saw 84% appear as the mark for my first essay; in all honesty I did not know what to expect.17 years had passed since I was last in education, therefore my feelings were one of. Many weekdays and weekends were spent in the library reading journals and cutting my teeth on this first essay. I had at least 40 journals to the amusement of classmates. I believe the reading of these journals naturally progressed my writing style to level 4 academia. In fact, the summer task set by Karin looks like it was written by someone else and I totally re-wrote the 500 words as my writing style had changed considerably.
